I donated this bicycle for a school fundraiser. After the auction, the one who bought it reported that within days, the chain had already fallen off several times and a piece of the bike broke. For me as the donor, I am very disappointed that this is happening. The elementary school student did not get to enjoy it for even a week. I hope the company rectifies this.

The bike is really bad. Cheap materials used. It has loose parts.Chain guard started coming off after few days use.Do not buy!!

⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE FOR SOMEONE YOU LOVE!!! I got the bike 2 days ago and had a hard time putting it together as the instructions are incomplete and vague and parts are missing to attach the rear break line so i let my son ride it with just the front breaks temporarily and it constantly has issues with the chain popping off, and parts breaking off. For example the first ride one of the reflectors broke off of the clip that attached it to the bike with no way to reattach it. I got this as a replacement for his bike that someone stole off our pourch so now he keeps his bike in his room at night. While getting his bike out of his room for his morning ride, the bike bumped into his bed causing the chain gaurd to break off just under the screws that held it to the bike so this also cannot be fixed but must be replaced. Regardless of how much i tighten the seat it still moves around while hes riding. The good thing about this bike is that its pretty light weight but thats about it...its a rickety cheap bike with poor quality parts and should not be given to children or used for any mountain biking purposes as the bike will likely fall apart and leave you stranded on the trail...im not sure why a mountain bike made for riding trails and marked as "BMX" broke on a bed but i dont want to immagine what could've happened if he were to ride a trail on this bike alone.

This bike is not what it seems. The item that appears to be a spring under the handle bars is just a piece of plastic designed to look like a spring. The description even says it's a spring through. Also, it came fully disassembled with brake lines that are not easy to attach. This is very deceptive advertising.

Upon arrival, we found that parts were missing, and there were parts that were broken. The bike is very small, not what you would expect for a 20 inch. It is considerably smaller than the other 20 inch bikes that we own. Drink holder was flimsy and broke on the first day that my nephew rode the bike.

Looks great. We purchased for a Christmas gift, so now its too late to return. We didnt assemble the bike until April since its been too cold to ride it until now. Everything keeps coming loose, wont stay tightened, chain falls off, the seat keeps coming loose, and today the pedal flew off when my granddaughter was riding it!!! We purchased 3 of these bikes and they are all falling apart within 3x riding them. JUNK!!!!

We purchased 3 of these bikes for Christmas gifts for our grandchildren. I wish I could get my money back! We didnt assemble them until April, due to cold weather. They are falling apart after 3 rides. Nothing stays tight, wont shift, pops chain off, seats rocking. They are poor quality!!!

This bike was purchased for our grandson for Christmas. It was just taken out of the box and assembled in April by my husband, since its been too cold to ride it. Its HORRIBLE!! The chain comes off all the time, nothing will stay tight. I wish I could get my money back!

No directions. They expect you to put the brakes on
