Love it can't believe I waited so long to upgrade from a PS4 to a PS5

Arrived a day earlier than expected. I was pleased with the transaction and the overall experience. I understand that there is a lack of supply, so there are people who are up-charging and I paid into it, but oh well! Haha The PS5 runs amazing and works perfectly. I was able to seemingly transfer my ps4 data to it within an hour! Do yourself a favor and get a dust cover so you can just take care of it! Leaving reviews when you haven't even paid for the products is lying just to air out your annoyances. Go touch grass. Lol.

Good delivery

I kept missing the restocks so I took a risk and paid the money. The reviews I saw mostly were about the price. I got a bit skeptical because the date kept changing and the tracker showed no movement. I checked everyday and yesterday I saw movement. I didn't expect it for another 2 days but it is here. I just wish the price was a little cheaper and not 5x over. I'm just happy it actually showed up.

It was in Chinese but I was able to change the language and get a handbook in English but works great

I ordered the ps5 and got a slim. I did not want the slim and I am very disappointed having to spending all of this money and did not get what is in the photos. I live in the Bahamas and i cannot send this back because it will be too costly

Make absolute certain your order is correct before you submit it. I ordered a PS5 with an additional midnight black controller. I thought I was ordering the whole unit in midnight black. When I tried to exchange the black controller for a white one... There are no exchanges on online orders. They are through 3rd party vendors.

I was sent the wrong console, the one advertised is CFI-1215A and I received cfi-2015. I was looking for the first PS5 and not the slim model.

Customer support from Walmart is really terrible, and the adversing and disclaimer is miss leading customer to purchase this product. The infromation in this product state that there is 2 remote controllers but it never state that the second remote controller is the one included in the box inside the concele, when when calling customer care the Gentlemen Author stateded that it was common sense that the controller inside the box is paid 2 times. This is miss leading for selling the product from Walmart i wouod have spected that the personnel would pay more attention to details that way is not miss leading and people buy this product.
