I like the product because it works well until you activate the new firmware when your Epson Workforce printer prompts you to. Epson printer will not recognize this 212 XL ink cartridge. Please make sure that you not activate the new firmware that your Epson Workforce printer prompts you to do until you have used up all your Epson 212XL ink. Today, I spoke to Epson America and they said it is because the printer firmware does not recognize it as genuine Epson ink. I was told to remove the ink cartridges and then put them back inside. That did not work neither unplugging the printer.
Looks like it works. The finger tabs are thin so I broke 1 on insert. Lucky its still tight enough to work.
These were supposed to be actual Epson brand..I was sent a no brand item that I believe is a refilled or reconditioned cartridges...not happy...expensive for a no brand!! Not as described!!!
This product says that it's compatible with Epson XP-4100 but it is not compatible with my printer. Highly upsetting because I brought this as a backup and it was not compatible.
When I opened the yellow it was leaking and could not put it in the printer. I didn't bother with the other colors. I am very upset with the product.
what is pictured on the website is a set of official epson ink cartridges. what i received are generic cartridges from overseas which the printer wont recognize. dont order, this is a ripoff
The ink cartridges don’t fit inside my printer even though it says it fits in the brand of printer that I have. The cartridges are re-manufactured . I should have just bought Epson printer ink instead of seeing the cheap one and buying it now I have to send it back.
The black ink doesn't work. That is what I needed the ink for mostly.

The ink cartridges are no good the ink is dried up I have use up paper trying to get a print or copy I’m At disbelief that your company sent a half package item out. I would like another 212XL in the original package not the box you sent it out in.
