Exactly what I needed & expected

They're fine, and just like the others I've bought from elsewhere. What I downrank them for is the packaging.I want to buy these in bulk, all in one container, perhaps a cardboard box. I find it upsetting to get so many plastic bottles that I don't want and will soon have to send to a landfill. Please figure out how to sell these with less packaging. It would save yiou money, too.

The pills themselves work well but the childproof cap consistently is broken and will not open.

I purchased this product because I am looking for a convenient way to incorporate more fiber into my diet, without dramatically increasing my total caloric intake. Unfortunately, these capsules were not absorbed effectively by my body, rendering them ineffective. The reason I know this is because I recently had a bout of nausea, and I noticed that even 4 hours after taking these pills, they were - well, you understand - not absorbed. Perhaps psyllium is more effectively absorbed in powder format?
