been taking for over a year
it is an anti inflammatory and helps with my rheumatoid arthritis in my knees. It also has some benefits to my heart health . It is also has an antioxidant benefit

Excellent Product, try it!
A very effective product, I have had joint pain for a while now. I have found that turmeric helps to keep that at a minimum for me. This brand works better than most I have tried.

Smooth on the stomach, yet strong on the body.
I started using Tumeric Complex about 3 years ago. Fantastic, the best on the market. Super ancient herb, takes care of the whole human body, like no other herb. Do your research on other Tumeric products first, but I know you will come bank to 21st Century's Tumeric, like I have.
