was skeptical when I saw the size of the package and product...don't let the size fool ya lol..IT'S A BEAST IN SHEEPS CLOTHING...I'm 61 and had no problem holding and using..very lightweight..batteries came charged and I went to work..grass up to my waist, overgrown tree limbs and underneath growth..haven't tried to saw branches yet, ran out of light..battery life is great, went for over an hour and battery still charged..this is just what I needed for the chores I have and did I mention that it weighs no more than a kitchen broom..one happy customer here thank you

I was shopping at Walmart, an I saw that they were selling Reebok sweats, but they were out of my size. So, I went online an to my surprise, I was able to purchase the top %26 bottom in my size. Thank you, again Walmart!!!

The weed wacker get rid of problems of traditional ones whose plastic rope frequently gets broken. The new wacker uses a flexible metal rope, that never breaks and greatly increases the working efficiency.

To be honest, it's more like a kids' toy. Used it only 1 time, and the plastic parts started falling apart %26 breaking. It took forever just to cover 15-20% of the yard 10' by 10' area and had to give up because both the batteries died. The batteries lasted about 30 min each fully charged. Might be good for small areas and for elderly due to light weight and wheels to maintain a yard already cut but definitely not good for big jobs or tall grass. It only covers 4-6" area at a time. I was extremely disappointed compared to what was shown in the demonstration video. Ended up getting a lawn mower to finish the job otherwise it would have taken at least 4- 5 hrs to finish a 30 min job with fully charged batteries. Each battery took over 2 hrs to charge. Item definitely needs improvement.

The next day I received it, I assembled it and began to use it. After less than 10 minutes, I started smelling something burnt and seeing smoke coming from it. I let it cool, started it again and more smoke.

I only used it a few times and it started smoking and has since died, Very cheaply made for what it cost, I have no idea if they would replace it or not since I bought it in the Spring.

you go through all of the trimming blades and string in a battery of minutes. very cheaply made plastic. comes with wheels but no bracket to mount the wheels. big waste of money. I regret purchasing to his product.

cutting accessories were of poor quality. wire cutting attachment disassembled during use. no customer service for replacement of parts. battery losing power within 45 minutes of usage. blade accessory would barely cut through taller weeds.

It only worked for a short period of time the first time I used it. I charge both batteries and use them. And then all of a sudden it stopped working. I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't buy one of these ever again. It is very difficult to get any kind of documentation to see if there was any way I could repair the machine. It's just not worth it. Again you get what you pay for.

When I went to Walmart, I went to ask if they have replacement parts or any kind of parts that will work on this I could not find anybody that had any knowledge of any replacement parts which I think sucked so I returned it and got my money back because if I would've ran out ofthe parts that make it work, the white weed whack.
