It was missing piece number 8 and contacted three times with no response. And the battery on another item no response. I guess I'll start shopping Amazon

This item was shipped to me without the battery charger. I contacted Walmart the same day that it arrived to let them know this. The item was purchased online but Walmart did not provide an option to ship it back to them. They said that I could return it to a store but not via the mail. They did not seem concerned when I told them that I do all of my shopping online because I don't go inside their store since Covid. If a "0" were available I would use that rating. Now I will either lose $62 or recruit someone to take it to the store for me. I am not happy about this. Who sells a piece of equipment without a vitally necessary part ... in this case, the battery charger!
