Having read some mixed reviews, I purchased this product with reservation. That being said, though, it has been perfect for my needs. I will admit that the plastic black blades have broken each time I've used one, however, they broke right at the end of my project, so really, no harm loss. I have not yet use the metal blades, however, based on how effective the plastic ones were, I would think that the metal one would be excellent; in fact, I would almost be a little afraid just based on the power, this thing has. It's super lightweight and very easy to transport/manipulate/complete yardwork with.

The item arrived as described and as shown in the picture. It is easy to assemble and use (have to wear protection gloves and goggles for safety). It works as advertised.

This is the perfect trimmer, so far, for a senior or woman! It's light weight and easy to handle. I've had much heavier ones, especially once you put the battery on, but the handle is adjustable and and great. It has all the attachments I need.

My husband really enjoys this trimmer, particularly for the price. The blades are outstanding. I highly recommend it!

it's a great little weed Wacker for small jobs and small places. My wife likes it too because she cannot swing the larger gas powered one around, let alone trim around flowers, posts.

The plastic blades this is designed to use vs the string, which cuts weeds/grass, etc., break off too easy. The few that don't, then dull, which will require swapping blades with extra included. ALL blades were utilized on the FIRST time it was used! Could it be, why this manufacturer charges such a low price for the machine, is due to the replacement parts which will DEFINITELY need to he purchased thereafter, far exceed whatever amount you thought you saved when buying? Highly probable.

The item is great for edging, because the batteries have maybe a 7 minutes on each. I thought that maybe I have a defective battery, but what's the chance of two defective batteries?

I would like to return this but I don't have the box. It's useless as a trimmer. The plastic blades that come with it break as soon as you hit anything. They only reach out about 4 inches. Very small radius. This could have been a nice trimmer if it had a decent head on it but it's all too short to do any real trimming with it. Sorry for the negative review but maybe they"ll rethink the product and make a better one. Other than the sproblem of not being effective the trimmer is well made and comes with 2 batteries.

very fragile plastic blades. it will be useless after the blades are used up. I would not recommend.

the nylon assembly holding the cutting blades in place seems too soft, so they slip. Add that the guard folds away too easilyn it's a recipe for injury. It's aggravating with the nylon blades but really scary for the metal ones. Purchased for very light edging/trimming of small yard, so the scale, price, %26 power were appropriate, just unsafe.
