[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product. I've always had fine, shiny hair. Now that I am starting to gray, my hair is becoming dull, coarse, and a bit unmanageable. I tried the split end salve first, as I was growing out a perm, but it weighed my hair down and I had to shampoo everyday. This Smoothing Lotion calms down my hair, making it smooth and shiny, while maintaining nice body and fullness. Plus I can go a couple days without shampooing. I'm hooked!

Product provides soft control for my fine hair. I don't care for the perfume scent. Products need to be fragrance free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm using this a few times a week to help smooth out my fly aways and new hair growth that is at that awkward "stick straight up" phase. It does give me a nice fresh "blow out" look for the first day but my hair does appear greasy much quicker on the days I do use it so have to wash it out the next day.

It's just okay- 21/2 stars. The former version- no longer available- was much better. I've also been using the shampoo and conditioner for several years and that does not seem as good as it used to be. I'm switching product lines.

I was surprised..was expecting this to make my hair hydrated and soft. It did the opposite and I ended up throwing it away because i didnt keep the receipt to reurn it since i assumed it would be a hit. I have curly hair on the dryer side and this was notttt for me. Made my ends feel even dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Pureology products for many years. I love the results and the scents of every product used. This smoothing lotion is the exception. Most disappointing is the scent. It is horrible to the point that I almost washed my hair again. It is a moldy, musty scent. Also, I didn't see a great difference in the results compared to another Pureology leave in conditioner I typically use.
