This salsa is actually such a good cooking condiment. I made Callaita and added this to the dish and it was amazingly good so honestly other than a snack I would use it to add to cooking New Mexican or Mexican dishes turned out wonderful great taste.

I absolutely love this roasted sweet corn medium salsa! When the flavors hit your mouth, it's a burst of perfectly blended amazing ingredients! I really like the no tomato part of it, too! The ingredients alone are a beautiful mixture of mexican corn salsa greatness! It also has a wide variety of uses too! From eggs as in my photo to tacos,enchiladas,meatloaf, and even as a sauce for fish or chicken! Let's not forget the famous toritilla chips! I'll definitely buy more when this jar is done! I'm a big fan! 10/10 for me!!!

This is some of the best store bought corn salsa. It's got the perfect kick of heat with the sweetness of the corn. Keeping this in stock in my household!

This salsa is SO perfect for my chicken bowl meal prep! Adds the perfect amount of heat and flavor to an otherwise bland bowl of chicken, rice, avocado and black beans. Tons of flavor and very macro friendly. No ingredients I can't pronounce. Win!!

My husband loves this stuff. I keep a jar on hand. Its pretty hot and spicy. He likes it as a dip for chips and often mixes it with his salsa or uses it like a relish. I'll continue to buy it!

I was shocked when I read that this salsa was tomato free. I was even more surprised by how much I enjoyed it. It was spicier than I thought it would be but the sweetness helps. It was great on regular tortilla chips at room temperature. Great flavor.

I like this Bettergoods roasted sweet corn salsa. It's tomato free with a blend of spicy peppers and sweet fire roasted corn. The flavor is good and spicy. I do wish it had a little more body to the sauce instead of simply the heat from the peppers. Having said that, once you take a bite, you might find you need a second and third bite as well. This salsa is great with chips but could also be used to add spice to soups or other dishes.

The flavor and “kick” this salsa has is great! BUT this salsa is very runny and is more like a soup. I decided not to serve this to my guests because I don't was a stain on my carpet or furniture. The picture attached is how it looks out if the jar. It's so thin it spread all over the plate.

Corn salsa is so hard to find for some reason, and I purchased this hoping it would be like the sweet corn salsa Walmart used to carry; however, it was nothing like it. From other reviews, I'm seeing that the taste varies from jar to jar, but I'm not willing to try again. The jar I got is way hotter than medium (and I love heat), and it needs sweetness, vinegar, salt--it needs flavor. It tastes like watery spicy-hot corn, but I can barely taste the corn over the heat. I didn't notice that it doesn't have tomatoes, or I would've skipped it altogether, but even adding some rotel tomatoes, sugar, vinegar, and a dash of salt can't save it. Very disappointing.
