Followed all directions but needed to cook more (too late once u open the steam pack.. I think the size (larger family size than I've used b4) might have caused the problem. Breaking it up by kneading is always recommended and I always do it. But this was HARD!!

Disgusting. If I could give 0 stars I would. The smell is almost horrific when you open the bag! The texture is not consistent and tastes as horrible as it smells. My toddler even thought it was nasty. Do not buy … Better off making your own rice

Easily the WORST RICE I've ever put in my mouth. Nasty flavor, nasty texture, and threw the remainder in the trash after two bites.

Mold in my pouch when i opened it. Expiration date was May 2025

Tasted and smelt awful.

First of all the flavor ruined my food I made a wet burrito. I went to all that trouble in the first bite. I gagged and I thought why would this taste like it has either mint or some sort of a creamy essence? I couldn't put my finger on, and I read the ingredients in the first thing I saw was coconut cream. Why would you put that in cilantro lime rice? This is the most grossest rice I have ever tasted ever. I have to throw it out now. I thought it was gonna taste like chipotle‘s cilantro, lime rice but no, it has a flavor like anise and coconut. Neither of these ingredients belong in cilantro lime rice. It should've just been a plain white rice with whatever preservatives you put to keep it in the shape inform that it is plus just cilantro and just lime. Why is it so hard to make that?
