This is a well known product name..It was a quality product with quality packaging..I had a health issue causing me to swell severely all over and maybe thats why these didnt work for me-I honestly cant blame the product My only issue is that this size is the only one walmart offers online esp at 10$

I do get some positive reaction in urine output with the Diurex, but I bought it without looking at the ingredients, not my usual way to purchase. After it arrived I see that there are too many unnatural ingredients including artificial good coloring, talc and titanium dioxide. I try to keep these toxic additives out of my diet, so I'm sorry I neglected to check the product out before buying. I felt I should bring out this find.

I'm sure they are very good and I purchased them behind all the good reviews I read. However they didn't work the same for me. I do believe though that it is possible that some people (me) just may not have an excess of fluid to expell after all and that will make it seem like it's not working. But it probably does.

Maybe it's just my system or maybe i didn't have any water on me because it didn't work. It didn't make me pee. However, the next day I experienced diarrhea a couple of times. I really wasn't mad about it because i felt like it was a good detox. Anyway, it didn't help with removing fluids though.

it has the same name as a product I bought from the store years ago but it's not the same and what it does. I made a mistake on top of that I bought to many boxes of the same item?? My mistake, not yours.
