This is the BEST thread for sewing or repairing denim jeans - it doesn't unwind like their new in-store denim thread and its super heavy duty. It is the perfect match for denim with its various hues of blue. I highly recommend Coats %26 Clark Dual duty thread actually in every color but if its for denim/jeans this is the only thread I like to use - the only way to fly!

I am absolutely thrilled with this thread! I have been repurposing my empty 50-pound dog food bags into reusable grocery shopping bags, and I was majorly struggling with machine tension while using standard heavy-duty polyester thread. It was a constant battle. However, the second I threaded up this Coats %26 Clark Dual Duty Plus Denim Thread, it was an absolute game changer. The cotton-covered polyester core flows so smoothly through the machine. My tension issues completely disappeared instantly. The thread is incredibly strong and handles the thick, tough, tarp-like material of the dog food bags without skipped stitches or snapping. If you are doing any heavy craft sewing or thick upcycling projects, skip the headaches and buy this thread first.

This color blends invisibly with my denim sewing projects using worn jeans for the fabric. It's strong, I haven't had any problems with breakage. It's not the smoothest thread but it does the job and at a price you can't beat. I've purchased a spool twice now

color was perfect. They were delivered on time. BUT, all three spools of thread look like they have been returned and resold. The labels were off both the bottom and top. The thread was loose.

I ordered 3 denim spools of thread. I got 2 of them plus another color that I didn't order.
