I've been buying this for years. I like it better than the Olay version. The Olay one burns my face when it's really dry and this one doesn't. Great value for the money. I have very sensitive skin and a lot of things make me breakout but this never has. I put it on after every shower. Dries quickly.
I use this after every shave. No burning and does not bother my eyes if I sweat or rub my eyes throughout the day. The lotion rubs into my skin great!
This is a rare product for me in that it doesn't cause breakouts on my sensitive skin. I apply after showering, or after shaving (alcohol cleanse first.) Easy to apply add'l sunscreen over. I have worn sunscreen since I was a teen, and it was the best thing I ever did for myself. This is a simple way to add protection during the day, including winter. If you have a dermatologist as a family friend, you'll notice how downright serious they are about avoiding the sun.
I love equate products! Why buy the expensive stuff when you can get as good or better products? I've used this face lotion for years - a replacement for "Oil of Delay" when money got tight. It was one of my first Walmart store brands I bought and now I use many in HBA. People remark that I have a beautiful complexion and no wrinkles at age 67. This is the only answer I can give and it's not even the anti-wrinkle formula.
Take note that this product states for 'normal' skin. I have extremely dry skin and I use this product all the time. It really works well and I would have to say it is not just for normal skin. I especially like to use this product when I know I will be spending a lot of time outdoors. It contains the sunscreen and that is very important for wrinkle and cancer prevention. It's a very affordable product and it's a lot of product for the money. It's a white creamy lotion that absorbs readily. If you have very dry skin, you might want to give this a try too.
I love this as an every day moisturizer. Of course, 15 SPF is insufficient if you're outside for anything more than a grocery run. But sometimes that's all you need. It is lightly fragranced, which I was worried about with sensitive skin. However, it has never broken me out, and now I rather enjoy the light sunscreen scent. It also does not pill! You can apply multiple layers without having to worry about waiting for it to dry before applying makeup! Love that!
i been using this items for years
I really like this moisturizer. It has a nice light scent and an SPF which I need here in the Valley of the Sun aka Phoenix. The one thing I don't particularly care for is it's a little thicker than I would like but other than that it's a pretty good moisturizer and yes I would buy it again.
Strangely warm to the touch. This indicates inferiority. I'm accustomed to Oil of Olay but thought I would try the cheaper store brand. The label was attached incorrectly - two labels on one side. It makes my skin look more oily.
I wouldn't call this a successful dupe for the Olay sun protection moisturizer. It has a smell to it that lasts and it stings the face when you apply it. It also has an unappetizing thick, fatty consistency to it that feels bad when you apply.
