(3 pack) Fisher Classic Crepe Baking Mix, 14 oz Box

I had never had the chance to make crepes before, but the fisher classic crepe mix made it so easy and delish! I was able to make 8 fabulous crepes in under 10 minutes, including mixing the batter! Overall this was such a wonderful experiance, and I look forward to experimenting with creating different types of crepes (savory and sweet) for my family. I would 100% recommend this to friends, family, or anyone who wants to make a fun treat!

I'm not sure how difficult it is to actually make crepes without a mix but I imagine it involves sifting.. and that's a no from me. Ridiculously easy to make, instructions clear, and best of all tasted great! If anything I struggled getting them thin because I had my heat a bit too high so they were cooking fast!

I received a free box of the mix to try and review. I made both a savory version with eggs and avocado and a sweet version with strawberries and whipped cream. The mix is easy to use, made great crepes. It's easy to customize and make it your own by adding spices to the batter or just filling it however you like.

I am always nervous making crepes, but my hubby and I absolutely love them. I don't currently own a crepe pan but made some using this Fisher classic crepe baking mix with my electric griddle. I kept the temperature at a low 200 degrees so the crepes wouldn't scorch. I made them larger than the suggested 2-3 tablespoons, using about 1/4 cup. I ate them plain and hubby had peanut butter and raspberry jam on his. It only took one minute for two to be cooked to perfection. They are delicious. I could eat them plain all day long, and the peanut butter ones were delicious too! The next ones I will be making will be with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. OK, I am a Crepe lover and usually make my own crepes from scratch. I decided to try these last week and oh my word! They are light, fluffy slightly sweet and smooth. They are easy to pour, easy to mix and make and they made enough for my family. I will be looking for these in the store!!!

I have loved the Fisher Original Scones for years. Now they have added to their product line with Crepes. This mix did not disappoint! As a competent cook these are so easy and my teens can make them without help. I really loved that there is enough mix to make several batches. We really loved them with berries and whip cream.

I was sent this product to try, and I am so pleased with how easy and yummy it is! We have 2 small children who love to be involved with cooking, and this was so fun. The crepes were yummy with banana, peanut butter, and whipped cream! Looking forward to trying it again with berries and even a savory option. The kiddos ate them right up!

I have seen this brand on the Shelf before a while and never considered switching. Getting a sample of this crepe mix makes me want to only purchase from this brand from now on. The setup and clean up were minimal, I like that I can add whatever toppings or flavors to the groups that I want. Not very high in calories, something good that I can feed my family and not feel bad about.

The crepe mix comes together pretty quick and easily. Only requires eggs and water. I had to thin out my mix with a little extra water, but then it was smooth and easy to spread around a pan. I found it was easiest for me to cook it holding the pan off the burner and pouring the batter into the pan while quickly tipping the pan to allow the batter to coat the whole bottom. Then I set the pan back on the burner and it cooked on medium high heat really quickly. I wasn't sure if the mix would taste sweet, but it was pretty neutral and worked really well with ham and swiss as well as Nutella.

Making Fisher Classic Crepe Mix with my daughter turned an ordinary morning into a special memory. The mix was incredibly easy to prepare, and the batter came out smooth with very little effort. The crepes cooked evenly, were light and delicate, and had a delicious homemade taste. We had so much fun flipping them and choosing our toppings—fresh berries, whipped cream, and a little powdered sugar.
