(3 pack) Fisher Classic Crepe Baking Mix, 14 oz Box

I love crepes but have never tried making them due to it looking too complicated. I was pretty skeptical about trying this batter and already sure my crepes weren't going to come out correctly but OH MY GOODNESS! They were so delicious and so easy to make!! Even my teenager who is difficult to impress loved them and joked that we could now open a crepe cafe! Whether you prefer savory crepe or sweet crepes this batter will produce the easiest most delicious crepes!!

I will admit this was the first crêpe I had ever had! My husband made him perfectly! We filled and topped them with fresh huckleberries that we had picked from the prior year season. The mixture was so velvety smooth and incredibly delicious. Five stars for Fisher crêpe mix.

These crepes are a French like pancake and I ate this every time I go.to French restaurant and they so.delicious I could not tell they were out a box and not a 5 star chef so they light and airy w good flavor to bat so I recommend them for everyone you won't be disappointed.

So far, I have made savory crêpes with pesto chicken, ricotta, and spinach. They turned out delicious. The crêpe had the perfect flavor balance and worked great as a savory option. Next will do Nutella and strawberry! I made a 1/2 batch which was enough for my husband and I. Will be able to get a lot of use out of just one box. I did make with only 2 Tbs each time and will opt for more batter per crepe next time. Overall a fun, easy addition to our rotation

This is the first time I've been able to make crepes and they actually turned out awesome! This product is easy to use and tastes fantastic! I made them for my family and everyone wanted seconds. Super easy, just add water and eggs. Theyre light and fluffy and we filled our with strawberries and whip cream. So good! Thank you Fisher for this complimentary product!

I had never had the chance to make crepes before, but the fisher classic crepe mix made it so easy and delish! I was able to make 8 fabulous crepes in under 10 minutes, including mixing the batter! Overall this was such a wonderful experiance, and I look forward to experimenting with creating different types of crepes (savory and sweet) for my family. I would 100% recommend this to friends, family, or anyone who wants to make a fun treat!

This box mix for crepes was so easy to use; I think when I think of crepes, I think they are just too fancy for me to make - but this was simple, I just needed to add eggs and water! The downside is I could not manage to get the clumps broken up with the whisk, maybe next time I'll have to pulse it with a mixer. I also think I need practice since I could not get these thin enough when cooking! My family loved the savory and sweet crepes that I made (the suggestions on the box were super helpful)! I'll keep trying this one and maybe one day I'll perfect my technique!

Making Fisher Classic Crepe Mix with my daughter turned an ordinary morning into a special memory. The mix was incredibly easy to prepare, and the batter came out smooth with very little effort. Received product and was slightly confused. The description on card states, Just add water, the box says, add eggs and milk. I followed directions according to box, even the detail about letting sit for 5 minutes. The batter had lumps, even though I thoroughly whisked it. The crepes turned out great regardless of the lumps, but I had to smash them out with the spatula. I tried them plain to see how they tasted, very creamy and light. My son really liked them! We added hazelnut/chocolate spread.

I love fisher scone mixes and love the ease at making this crepe mix however, I felt like something was off about it. It had a more gummy texture. Maybe it was just an off batch, it tasted like it had to much rice flour or something giving it more of an almost mochi like texture. I will try them again just to confirm it's the same.
