I make my own tarter sauce. We don't like the sweet oily flavor of shelf tarter sauce. I was using fresh dill, dry dill, and tried freeze dried. These versions weren't bringing out the dill flavor no matter how much was used. After reading reviews about this and learning I could use the seed for the flavor, I bought this. I put it in a grinder to enhance the strength. It got rave reviews on my tarter sauce. This is great stuff and better than any other dill version out there.

Very nice quality of dill seed. It's in several recipes I'd like to try but didn't have the dill after moving. I adore the taste of dill, especially on pizza!

I use Dill Seed in a mayo blend for sandwiches. The large jar is perfect for my needs. Price is good, the seeds are flavorful. A great product.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the jar was the lovely dill fragrance. It smelled like itcwas fresh out of the garden.

Who would believe it was so hard to find dill seed! Walmart to the rescue but they still had to be shipped from another store.

These worked great in mybfirstvtry st making pickles and they are tasty

seems that the dill seeds are as expected. used them to make dill pickles. I've not tasted the pickles as they have to sit awhile to develope the flovor.
