Best as an instant snack that's really good for you. Portion control is also wonderful -- when you see 6 little containers, you know you have 6 servings on hand. Also great on pancakes and especially oatmeal!

The unsweetened applesauce tastes delicious! I have moved from sugary foods and have had some serious dental works. This applesauce allows me to eat an apply without trying to bite or chew a whole delicious apple. Great tasting and I buy it regularly as one container counts as a fruit for the day! Great for a healthy unsweetened snack, share with my grandchildren, or use as a side dish when I make pork chops or pork ribs. Reasonably priced as well!

Hello. These are pre portioned cups of apples that are smooshed and blended with other ingredients to taste good. They are good as a snack, dessert, or accompaniment to pork chops. They are easy to transport in a lunch box or a purse or in your pocket for convenience. Ok I hate cooked fruit in any form but due to help issues my diet has become very restricted which is adult code for it sucks. Apple sauce cups are quick, versatile , filling, and extremely affordable. And this brand is just as good or better than more expensive brands. plus apple sauce always seem to transport me back to childhood and packed lunches

Quality product in taste, texture, and freshness. Packaging is perfect for my wife who uses these small applesauce cups to take her medicines at night (no going to bed with something bulky on her stomach). Price is both competitive and many times lower than other stores. What's not to like!!

I used to avoid applesauce because I thought it was a junkified version of apples. Then my nutritionist opened up her food database and showed me that unsweetened applesauce is nutritionally the same as apples. That was good to hear, because I want the health benefits of apples, but I HATE apples. I also don't like sugar. This unsweetened applesauce lets me have the healthiness of apples without having to eat a nasty apple. These are more convenient than apples, too. No washing, no cutting, no getting peel stuck in my teeth, no hurting my jaw trying to bite into the thing.

Tastes great! Main purpose is to dissolve large potassium pills that are designed to be dissolved if needed. But with years of taking them the slightly rough surfaces have irritated the throat and esophagus. That recently resulted in increasing frequency

I tried these to compare with Motts, and while they are pretty good, the name brand is slightly better. The biggest difference I found was in texture, and these cups had a little more undesirable pieces, like very small bits of seed. Not a lot, but enough so I noticed. The price is a bit better, so if value is your biggest concern, I'd still recommend these.

The taste and texture is pleasant. I specifically look for no sugar added because I am diabetic. Apples are already loaded with natural sugar. My thoughts are to simply add something to my system hat has what I need without causing a sharp change. A plus is the benefit of fiber and other nutrients. I am very pleased with this product. In a pinch it also works ell s a snack for Grand Children, ;)
