Great replacement
Easy to read and use. Good value for the cost. Ordered this as I could not find my others and sure enough as soon as this one arrived I found my other.

Small tape measure and easy to use \, not like to larger, bulkier ones. Great for the smaller areas that you need a tape measure but do not want the bulkier one.

my husband has lost so many expensive tape measures he decided to try a less expensive one. imagine that, it works just as good and if it gets lost, oh well, it was only $3... happy happy happy

Maybe spend more
Good price and okay quality but the tape tends to bend over on itself. I would probably pay more and get a better one next time.

You get what you paid for!!
The only things I liked about this product was the case because it wasn't too big or too small, and retraction was fine as well. As for my dislikes, there were a few. 1) As others mentioned, getting the plastic off of the belt clip without breaking it was absolutely ridiculous. I should not have to use a box cutter, a pair of scissors, and about 15 mins of my time to get it off. 2) The blade lock sticks, making it difficult to lock the blade in place. 3) For me, the sturdiness of the blade wasn't great because it kept folding as I was measuring. 4) The hook could have been a bit bigger, so the tape could stay in place while taking measurements. 5) I wish it was double-sided, so reading measurements would be easier without having to flip it over. I couldn't take a simple measurement of a bathroom vanity without the above issues. This measuring tape is useless to me, and I will be returning it.
