I tapered a ac/furnace filter on one side and turned it into an air purifier. If works. I don't sneeze as much when I run it. Going to make more. I used white duct tape sealed all around fan. Air flow arrow on filter attaches to point direction of air flow. Change when dirty.

I BOUGHT A DIFFERENT BRAND AND IT WAS AWEFUL SO WENT BACK TO WAL MART TO BUY MY LASKO FAN. IT'S A GREAT PRODUCT AND LAST ALONG TIME. I HAVE ONE AND IT'S 5 YEARS OLD. IM A FAN FREAK AT NIGHT COME RAIN OR SHINE. I NEED MY FAN ON ALL NIGHT. THESE FANS ARE THE BEST! FAST DELIVERY IS A GREAT SERVICE TOO. I USE MINE IN THE BEDROOM AT NIGHT TO DROWN OUT THE NOISE OUT SIDE PLUS I LOVE SLEEPING WITH A FAN. FOR A PEACEFUL SLEEPS ITS NOT NOISEY OR ANYTHING , IT GREAT ALSO FOR MY PARAKEETS AND FUR BABY. GIVES THEM A PEACEFUL SLEEP AS WELL. THE FAN IN THE PICTURE I'VE HAD FOR 5 YEARS. THE ONE IN THE BOX I JUST BOUGHT.

I live in the desert southwest, in an apartment with a chiller, so I am at the mercy of my landlord to switch from heat to cool when he demanded it warm enough. it has been around 80° nearly all winter and we are stuck with heat. I am on the top floor and the sun on the roof all afternoon makes it really warm in here. like sweaty warm. my dog was overheating. just everything was melting. got this fan 2 days ago and it's made an incredible difference. it is still warm in here around 4pm, but the air is moving very well throughout the living room and kitchen with it backed up to the open balcony door. in the late afternoon before the sun sets, I close the blinds and set it at the security door and it blows really well, still. very pleased with this purchase. we also have a new dug in the neighborhood that will not stop bathing every second of every minute of every hour it's owner is gone, and on high speed it takes off the to absolute top notes of the bark for my dog's nerves. don't get me wrong, there's nothing that will stop the incredible stress my dug had been under for the last 8 days of this, but at least it's a little better

I wanted to like this fan. It has every thing I need noise, speed, size. But the dang thing will NOT stay up. There is not support on the bottom and it just flops over everytime. There are no spacers to support it and I have to sit it sideways between the dresser and the cabinet. Does not help at all.

It lasted just over three months before the motor completely burned out today. The fan blades were badly molded and had rough edges which were unbalanced and caused an annoying tapping sound. Lasko used to be my go-to for fans but this is clearly a very low quality product.

One of the fans in the set of three I ordered had dust on the blades and a blade was broken off. Clearly a returned damaged item was sold to us. It was a huge disappointment since my 83 year old mother had flood damage and we needed the fans to help dry the house out.

If you decide to purchase a fan , purchase a higher priced fan . This fan worked about 5 days and then pop a noise popped and the fan stopped working . . It was very inexpensive when I purchased it and I only wanted it to help cool my gaming computer

I opened the sealed box this afternoon and got covered in black all over my hands. The fan was covered in this black stuff. Where was quality control?! I cleaned it off, but i was not happy about this. Then the plug was stuck under the handle. I bought one of these before, and it was not like this at all. It came in a plastic wrap. The cord was not wrapped around the fan, either. If all that wasn't enough, I went to put the "leg stands" on. One fit perfectly and snapped in. I cut my hand twice trying to get the other in. It refused. My only guess it that it is stopped up with plastic. This irritated me even more. I think this was used and returned. There's no excuse for this 🤬 I didn't take a picture, as ny hands were black 🤬

I purchase 2 fans over a week ago. First I was told they were delayed and then because WALMART took so long to fill the order, they cancelled it, there delay, so we’ll just cancel it. Re-Ordered again, and fans came next day??? Go figure. One of the fans had massive box damage and looked like it had been run over and had several holes. Sometimes the shipping box looks bad but the item is fine. No such luck here. I call Walmart and first im told my only options are to mail the return (even though I had it delivered) or go to store to return. Explaining I had it delivered she then offered for them to come back and get item, A WEEK LATER? Like what???! When I kinda freaked out, Then she said she could come 4 days later. My husband works for a freight carrier and the delivery driver should’ve refused this box for delivery. It’s clearly damaged and now this whole process of delay, cancel, reorder , deliver damaged shipment has damaged the customer/seller relationship. Extra work for me.

BEWARE! I am a paying Walmart InHome member. I am being charged $2.60 more, for the Lasko Box Fan (Item- Lasko Cool Colors 20" 3-Speed Weather Resistant Box Fan, Black B20301) when logged into my account, than when I view the same page incognito. ( using the exact same URL, I cut and pasted it from one window to the other). I have confirmed this price discrepancy persists even after changing my fulfillment store. This is a clear case of paying members being charged more than public users. I have a side-by-side screenshot and need an executive/tech support contact, to resolve this. The phone reps were unable to help.
