These lids are great -- I have quite a few canning jars but the two piece lids are inconvenient for basic storage use (non canning storage). These lids make it so easy to use my canning jars for leftover soups, grains, sauces, etc. They seal well and are easy to clean.

I got these by mistake, they are for regular mouth canning jars that I don't have many of but they work great for re-sealable storage of items without using the rings and sealing lids. they seal well for dry and liquids. I put the wide mouth ones on pickle jars (the acid in the vinegar sometimes messes with the metal rings and seals after opening so they get these plastic lids when they go in the fridge) and the half-gallon jars I use to make sun tea. Also great for storing rice, beans and other dry goods in the pantry. plastic, paper and cardboard aren't protective from moisture or pests....a glass jar and a good lid are.

these are a great alternative to the metal lids and rings when using for canning or even just storage. they work well in a pressure cooker or in cold temperatures. out of the dozens that I have used I have only broken a couple of these, generally by stepping on or just putting too much force in the very center when it's on or off of a jar

These lids are a great fit to regular mouth jars. Since they do not rust like metal bands, it makes it easy to remove or apply. However, they are not meant for canning produce!

I would not use these if you were planning on storing something that needs to be sealed or a liquid as these will not keep liquid in. They will probably work good for dry foods to keep in the pantry. There is just no seal in the lid to stop it from leaking or create a air tight seal.

I use canning jars to store most of my cooked foods in the refrigerator between meals. Sometimes, it can be challenging to get the lids on properly, but I really appreciate their functionality.

ok, if you're just wanting a cover. they DO leak liquid. so not good to shake liquids or be fumbled around in a lunch box i like them more than the metal lids for freshness in the fridge bc they dont rust

I ordered big mouth I do not drive they delivered the small ones. This was their mistake not mine they should have picked up and brought the right thing. The last time fedx pick up a item I never got my refund because Walmart canceled my return i had proof sent info to them still no refund,

would be nice to get what I ordered instead of getting regular lids that I can't use. if I could drive I would do my own shopping but since I can't I'm wasting money by not being able to return the incorrect item. kind of ridiculous to expect me to buy a printer to return a 4$ product
