I buy Nature’s Path products, trusted source, also the Heritage cereal-a grownup version of Flakes. Will purchase again, also the Apple Cinnamon is good.

I bought this due to the healthier ingredients rather than my usual brand. Overall its a good product but lacks sweetner. It had just the tiniest hint of sweetness, and I needed to add my own sugar separately which defeats the convenience of ready-to-go individual packets.

it wasn't overly sweet which is always a plus for me. however the texture wasn't the best. but not many oatmeal's have a good texture so this isn't much worse than others. overall it's pretty tasty and is healthier than other things i might normally grab for a quick breakfast so not bad!

Not sure if I would recommend or not. To me it comes down to taste, and I guess for this to be Gluten free they had to remove some of the taste. It is just ok. Not the best as far as taste goes. Does have a maple taste but that is about it and not very strong of a taste maple taste. It does tend to have kind of a cardboard type of taste. It was the better of the ones I found in Gluten free.
