This was a substitution item and turned out to be a better liked item. My kids like these better than the gummies I usually buy.

Also highly effective for adult.
I am a 41-year old adult, 170lbs, and one pill of this tablet is already highly effective on me to help me fall sleep. Highly recommended (maybe not only for kids, but also for adults).

Works and tastes good- according to my kids.
My children have no issues with chewing the tablets and say they taste good. The melatonin works well for those nights where they are having trouble falling asleep.

Comparable to the popular name brand!
I used to always by the Zarbees chewable melatonin. I saw these and compared the ingredients and they are almost identical, but these are half the price! I love that the labeling is transparent as my son has food allergies so I can feel comfortable giving him these!

received less tablets all the time
everytime we buy this it's always lesss than 60 tablets inside as it supposed to be.. it's either it's missing 2 tablets or even the last time it missed 9 tablets.

Bitter flavor
Very bad taste! My kids complained that they were bitter and I tried one myself and had to spit it out. Expiring date is 10/2027 but they look discolored and have a strong odor to them. I do not recommend these.
