the taste is good, which is inportant since you hold them under your tongue to dissolve. that way the vit goes directly into yout blood stream and bypasses the intestines, which in older people may have lower absorption ability. i assume they are workinh.

These tablets are sublingual, so you put them under your tongue so they will begin dissolving before swallowing them. The taste is pleasant and they begin to dissolve easily without feeling as though you might choke on the tablet. I do not get a “buzz” of energy and then crash. Rather, I just feel like doing things and have the energy and initiative to do them rather than putting them off. Also, I no longer have that heavy fatigued feeling after using these supplements. They are a great value and do what I wanted them to do.

These melt quickly underneath your tongue and the taste is pretty good. Doctor said I needed to introduce a very low dose of B12 into my diet on a daily basis, so I chose these and I'm happy that I did. You can take B12 on an empty stomach or a full stomach it doesn't really matter, I really like that. 200 for under $4 was incredibly affordable. Thank you for keeping this product reasonably priced.

Good product. I'm curious why the word sublingual was removed from the front of the label to the back of the label? This is how I get my B12 because I take omeprazole and there is not enough acid in my stomach for regular B12 pills.

I ordered the wrong strength but will take what I ordered. These are very tasty. Small pills, but should be done with bottle shortly.. they dissolve quickly and don't have a chance to ruin my appetite.

Spring Valley B12 is the only choice for me. My bloodwork has come back excellent using it. Plus, I love the cherry taste. It's like a treat after taking my other morning meds and vitamins.

I love the sublingual tablets because a higher percentage of the vitamin enters your system than does by chewing. All you do is let them dissolve under your tongue. Simple and Effective!!!

I can't say I have noticed any change taking these. But it could just be me. One thing I will say, they do not dissolve under your tongue. I can leave it there for a while, and no matter how much saliva is there, I still have to chew it. I don't know if that has anything to do with the effectiveness, but they definitely do not dissolve the way they say they will. I do appreciate the tiny pills though, and luckily the flavor is not bad.

what I didn't like was I didn't get what I ordered they sent me one bottle of B12 it was supposed to be a three pack of B12 they just can't get it right

Contains Cyanocobalamin which is a synthetic chemical. If you have impaired kidney function, you need a B12 supplement with methylcobalamin which is considered more bioavailable. Methylcobalamin (MeCbl) is the activated form of vitamin B12.
