A week ago my urologist prescribed tamsulosin 0.4mg to me, and by reading all the side effects of the prescription I refuse to take it for now, and wanted to try something natural first. All the research I done, I ended up going with this. I been taking it for a week now, and it's to soon to tell, but the good thing is Im not experiencing any side effects with this. Obviously everybody's different, so I would recommend trying it out if you're looking for something natural, also the price seems decent.

I was taking Flomax for my prostate, and was getting up several times during the night. I added Spring Valley Saw Palmetto to my routine and immediately noticed the difference. I'm now taking one in the morning, one in the evening, and then two Flomax right before bed. This seems to work pretty well. I still get up once in the night, but it is more just because of my regular sleep pattern. I tried replacing this brand with one that cost four times as much, and I didn't notice any difference, so I went back to this.

I have purchased this Saw Palmetto from this vendor multiple times. Very pleased with the product and supplier. I have been taking this product for years and have (up to this point) avoided prostrate issues.

I'm very impressed with this product. I have been taking %23Tamsulosin 4mg for two years with a good flow, however after adding 450mg of %23SawPalmetto daily, my flow is now excellent, and I'm emptying out my bladder completely, with no urges to keep running to the restroom. I have Less trips to pee in the middle of the night, which means more sleep. I recommend this product because it has had a profound effect on my life.

I use it for thinning hair (F) due to long covid plus underactive thyroid. I feel like it works well. No after taste. No odor. East to swallow. Doesn't make me feel nauseous. Win-win.

For the typical older male urinary problem, this works very well. I take two daily and have had no problems with it. Very reasonable price too.

Helps w/ not having to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. Using it instead of Tamsulosin (Flo-Max) now.

This is somewhat about the product and more on the pickup service! But I hope to get more eyes and ears on the CORPORATE LEVEL! Sorry, I had to go to your location for the items that another in town store said wasn't there(%26 still has not delivered 😡). When I used to work at a grocery store, if one store in the area didn't have it, let's make it right and check the other store. Pick up the item and call the customer and ask how did they want the product. Nothing of this sort happened. I pulled up to the store thinking I would get those three items (I PAID FOR). But they said that the other 2 items were out of stock. I said it wasn't out of stock when I ordered it. And why tell me my order was ready when you don't have all my stuff??? Um um um… was the response. So I went to the other store and I found these items. But, will I get reimbursed for what I spent at your other store in-town??? Probably not. It's Saturday and I haven't received any emails on when it will be delivered… image It used to be a time where stores were more connected. But this, is completely unacceptable. I bet if I went inside the store, I would be able to get that product. I'm at the mercy of your other store on the delivery! And now, I bet the review response will be, “well that's the other store, that has nothing to do with me.” Well, this whole thing is an issue for all Walmarts. In the past 5-6 years, I have seen prices go up and the level of service go downhill! I've been at one location, and was trying to get rotisserie chickens in the deli. I'm asking for help and the lady just flat out ignored me. As if washing dishes was more important. I've been at the cash register where I've had to wait 30 minutes to get my items scanned. This is from a customer observation, so there's no telling how it is as an employee. And the ingredients they put in these supplements consumers need to be VERY CAREFUL about. Some of these items are placebos that they want you to pay high dollar for.

Product was wonderful shipping was horrible. Lasership put my orders in my mailbox which is against the law. I have contacted them as well as Walmart and it never stops. My mailbox is only for USPS mail. Not Lasership packages. They are supposed to bring to my porch but apparently to lazy to do so.
