loved the flavor and i only needed 1 to get right to sleep. With insomnia i occasionally need 2 for a good night sleep which is the suggested serving sz anyway.very good value. Recommend these highly. didn't give me any sort of after taste,upset stomach,or heartburn either. Great product.
