Great product. Use for inflammation.

After five years of osteoarthritis knee pain and trying other supplements, I was surprised to at last find relief in NOW's Boswellia Extract 500mg. I've been taking one softgel every day for a month and they have lowered my knee pain by about 70%! The venous insufficiency in my calves has also improved, allowing me to walk with less pain. So I highly recommend this product. The only critical comment is regarding the size of the pill: Big for seniors to take. I hope the manufacturer will find a way to make the softgels smaller.

A great product. After years of trying a wide variety of joint supplements I tried a version of this product on recommendation of a running friend. After reading reviews I decided to try this version, which is more reasonably priced. My knees feel better than they have in years. One of these will be a gift for my boss.

this product is exactly the same as the one i would have brought thru amazon but walmart's prices were better, shipping was still free and quick. what more could i ask for?

I read that it can take up to 3 weeks for it to work. this only took 3 days. I take one every 6 hours if I want to stay ahead of the pain. So happy to be mostly pain free. I will be buying it again.

Boswellia is wonderful for inflammation and pain. It is gentle on the stomach and an age-old natural remedy. I use it every day.

If you have acid reflux or indigestion problems then do not take this product. It's like having a live hot coal in your stomach. Also, if you have pain from arthritis and you take this supplement it is recommended that you nit tske ibuprofen while on it-so no pain relief
