30 SECONDS Outdoor Cleaner, 1 Gallon Concentrate for Concrete Surfaces, Cleans Algae, Mold, Mildew Stains

This 30 second cleaner is great on vinyl siding, as an general all purpose outdoor cleaner, no leftover residue and doesn't have a strong chemical smell like most others. Mix it in a garden sprayer and you are ready to clean.

The product worked really well. I had tried the day before I bought the product to use a power washer on my fence, which only caused damage. The 30 Seconds worked really fast. In a couple of spots, I had to soak with a little more solution, but the fence hadn't been cleaned in a few years. I would use it again. Make sure you wear a hat, gloves, mask, safety glasses and old clothes when you use it. Fumes are strong but not overpowering and outside, the wind can blow the solution into your hair, eyes and onto your skin.

This stuff works so well. Just put it in my pressure washer soap dispenser and sprayed on. Only had to rinse over once. But most spots were already gone.

This stuff worked wonders on my car port! We could literally see years of mold/mildew(??) and staining melting away before our eyes!

Super easy to prepare, apply with a garden sprayer, and wash away. I recommend using a long-arm brush to help scrub any tough areas. Overall, any mold/algae was destroyed and brought to look new. It smells a lot like bleach so hopefully, it wasn't just overpriced bleach 🤷🏼‍♂️. I need to try on concrete next.

This stuff worked fantastic! You just have to be sure not to skip and parts of your siding. It will let you know if you missed a spot. I applied with a pump sprayed mixed 1:1. I rinsed with my small electric power washer. I'm sure a garden hose would have been fine. Two gallons did half of a 1200 sq. ft. house.

I used this on our garage siding and doors. Also used it around our windows where the caulking was covered in algae and mildew. I literally watched the mold and mildew disappear within minutes right before my eyes. I took a before and after picture of our side door. I definitely want to include a suggestion… when using make sure you use eye protection and wear clothes you don't care about because you will have bleach spots on your clothes.

I typically don't write reviews, but 30 Seconds Outdoor Cleaner worked so well I have to give them credit. I originally purchased a gallon of this to try on our stamped concrete walkway, but instead decided to use on our family kayaks that we usually pressure wash. They were put on our outdoor rack at the end of last season without being cleaned and due to a really rainy spring and busy life, hadn't been taken down. They were gross. I was so amazed by how the mildew, mold, lichen just disappeared on the first kayak, I got my phone to take pictures while I cleaned the next one. I sprayed in on and within just a few seconds the black gunk started changing color and running off. I didn't even need to use the "jet" setting on my hose as the sprayer setting was enough to rinse clean. Needed a brush three times for some small areas, but that was for five kayaks. Pressure washing never got them this clean ever. Have to add, there was no overpowering, burning smell like some mildew removers have and I had some minor splash back onto my clothes but it didn't leave bleached stains. I'm now a customer for life and just ordered two more bottles to use on our walkway and patio.

This is the 2nd review I am leaving and still have not heard back from anyone about my claim. This was an online delivery, %26 the outdoor cleaner concentrate was delivered damaged. Driver left bag on its side %26 when I went to pick it up, it was leaking. It leaked all over my brand new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring (installed in March, 2025) from the front porch to my kitchen. I have sent pictures of the damage %26 left numerous messages to Walmart's claim offices, but my calls have went unanswered. The Walmart Manager, %26 Walmart Claims Employee have reached out to me %26 I have returned their calls %26 left numerous unanswered messages, emails %26 pics. I am very fed up.

Does not work don't waste your money! Followed directions car as stated and it did not remove any of the grim off of my patio.
