Chapin HomeGardener 10133 48-Ounce Multi-Purpose Handheld Sprayer

I seriously do not need or want to lug around a huge sprayer. The larger they are, the heavier, especially so when filled. This one is the perfect size for me. Easy for me to carry when full of liquid. These are great for most any kind of liquid such as insect spray or even a fertilizer spray for plants, flowers, shrubs. I will say I don't know about using this item for an oil substance such as water sealers. I do recommend it for liquid insect sprays, and garden sprays.

I found the thumb trigger and locking option very easy to use. The adjustable nozzle worked excellent. I have not used any chemicals with it yet. What would normally take me five minutes took three seconds.

I almost returned this item when I couldn’t get it to build pressure to spray. I went back to look at the reviews and it seemed other people had this problem. One person said to screw on the cap really tight, so I screwed it on tighter. I thought it might break the threads but had nothing to lose. So I kept screwing it on and it kinda stopped but went past a spot and wallah!! It started working!!!It is now working great! The company should put an insert in the bottle to tell people how to screw it tighter than you would think!

At first I thought the sprayer was broke. I’d filled it with bug spray and after putting the lid on and pumping nothing would spray. Helpful tip: make sure the lid is TIGHT. This helps it to pressurize. To experienced people, that probably sounds stupid but to you amateurs like me this makes the difference! Once I did that it worked great! Ive only used it once to spray inside our small home and the only problem I had was that it’s very easy to hit the lock when pressing the spray button. This caught me off guard a couple times but overall good experience!

This is a budget friendly sprayer. It is easy to hold due to its size. It is easy to pump. Unfortunately, it started to leak in the second season of use. Still a great sprayer for quick jobs so I I purchased a new one.

I seldom leave bad reviews but I'd hate to see anyone else waste their money on this. This is the second time I've purchased this item thinking I must have somehow damaged the first one. They just don't work. They don't hold pressure past the first pump. Basically useless. I don't even understand how something so simple "can't" work but I'm 0 for 2.

Don't waste your time or money, this doesn't work. Not even sure why walmart sells this item since it doesn't work

I have had this for a few months and have had non stop problems with the air escaping. It finally has broken and doesn’t spray anymore. Waste of money.

Chapin has nothing to do with this product, I’m not sure how they get away with branding this product, but yet don’t produce or stock it. This is not a safe purchase. Mine arrived damaged, Even after explaining 3 times that I cannot walk, I cannot physically make it to a physical store to return. Chapin still suggests I walk to the store. Just beyond disrespectful. I requested a return shipping label, a replacement, or a refund. They stated they don’t have any similar products…. Which we know is not true… They cannot refund, replace, or provide return shipping label. This has been an $8 nightmare, save yourself the trouble, stay away from Chapin.

They changed the design of the pump up sprayer. The previous one I purchased has a locking spray trigger. I have wore it out. So I was purchasing. It's replacement. The locking trigger was kind of something I needed. Sure wish they would've updated the photos of the sprayer when they change the design.
