Size info: for the Peerless 1/4" SS Spring Link
Review is for 1/4" Stainless Steel Spring Link, Peerless Chain Company, %234731439JS. The spring link is manufactured with 1/4" diameter steel. It is 2-3/8" long and 1-1/4' wide. the inner radiused eye has a diameter of 5/16", the bottom flat area (opposite the rounded top) has an inside length of approximately 3/4". The gate has an opening of near 5/16". The numbers are approximate and provided as no measured drawings were in the ad at time of purchase. A Pack of 2 was priced at $6.97 in August of 2025. Information listed on package: Load limit is "140 pounds" (64 kg.) Package stated they are "Made in China". There is a "Cancer and reproductive Harm- www.P65 Warning .ca.gov" warning. " There are ADDITIONAL Warning pertaining to the items use and Load limits. SEE PACKAGING for the additional information. If it matters, it is in the shape of a right triangle , It is not an equilateral triangle. The gate is on a side that frames the right angle. The gate appears pinned at its hinge point and the bottom has a small interlocking indentation. The spring seems sturdy. Overall, it seems of good quality and is nicely fabricated. They are more than suitable for my small project. I
