I wish this pillow was made 30 years ago. Im finally sleeping well and through the night. The pillow is in layers for easy adjustments to fit your neck depth. I took off the top layer, easily slides off, and what an awesome night's sleep. Its also cool to the touch and doesn't heat up at all while sleeping. There don't anticipate any problems. in hot weather. Enjoy and sleep well!!

We all are different. I am around 5' and heavy. I am a side sleeper. I typically use cervical pillows and the one I had was about 2 to 3 years old. My neck was bothering me %26 if there is one thing I know, it's that pillows do have a shelf life. I actually was amazed to notice a difference even after the first night. Usually I am never this fortunate. But for thirty bucks, I sure am happy I gave it a try. Good luck!

I really wasn't sure what to expect with this pillow but I knew I had to try something different. I hold a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and get headaches because of it. Two days after using this pillow I felt so good. I didn't feel as tired/groggy and I could feel my neck was loser. After sleeping on it for a week I had to sleep elsewhere and use a “regular” pillow and could really feel the next day that I didn't sleep as well. Gonna get one for the whole family!

If you have neck issues and can't sleep, this is a pillow for you. It's soft memory foam cervical pillow, which puts your neck in the right position so you can sleep without your neck hurting. It even works for side sleepers. I recommend this pillow.

I've bought expensive pillows that never worked for me. I buy this pillow on sale cheap and slept great the first night I used it. I get tension headaches at night and nerve pain in back of head and neck from sleep positions and pillows. This pillow was the best thing I found after many years of searching. Would definitely purchase again

Most directions are easy to understand. I tried both the high and low side and knew right away that low was better. I realized that it would take a few days for the memory foam to conform to the shape of my head and top of my shoulders. It gets better every day. I am pleased.

If I had known these pillows come deflated %26 rolled up %26 you have to wait for them to puff up, I honestly wouldn't have gotten them. I've had a bad experience with a bed arriving in a box that never became supportive or firm enough. However, I've had these pillows for a few days and have not woken up with neck pain once. Very comfortable. I prefer medium firmness, which is what these pillows are.

Bought it due to pulled and pinched nerves in my neck. Vertigo issues, bad shoulders, arthritis and back issues as well. The first few nights I slept well but woke in so much pain in my back the next morning. It took about 3 nights to get used to it. I didn't realize the raised sides are different. I prefer the smaller side, I find the other side is just too thick. My shoulders can't touch anything. Would like to see it with both sides even, but I understand the point. Slides outta all pillow cases. I need to buy a zipper one. It's definitely helped my vertigo, I have t been dizzy once, so that's a win! It is solid white, very good memory foam. Cooling option would be amazing!!!

I like the contour shape, but it wasn't soft like the old pillows I had. Since I suffer from fibromyalgia, softness is very important. I also like that it came in a queen size, although the depth wasn't as big as my old pillows. Maybe that's why my ears don't seem to fit comfortably. even though I wear very small earrings. I'm still not sure if I'm going to return these yet, I just wish my old brand were still available.

I bought this pillow to help with my neck pain, but unfortunately it made it much worse. From the first night, I woke up with more stiffness and discomfort than before. The pillow feels uncomfortable and does not properly support the neck as advertised. I had high expectations, but this product did not work for me at all. I would not recommend it to anyone dealing with neck pain.
