Received my pillow yesterday best sleep I've had in a while great quality soft fabric i love that you can wash the cover big plus also does not sink like other memory pillow I've owned in the past highly recommend it

I wish this pillow was made 30 years ago. Im finally sleeping well and through the night. The pillow is in layers for easy adjustments to fit your neck depth. I took off the top layer, easily slides off, and what an awesome night's sleep. Its also cool to the touch and doesn't heat up at all while sleeping. There don't anticipate any problems. in hot weather. Enjoy and sleep well!!

The multilayers provide extra comfort than single layer pillow, for sure, not by a little , by a llot! Its quality and low cost beat those > $100 Tempopetic pillows!

I like the construction and material of the pillow, except it could be a bit softer. I have bad arthritis in my neck and cervical spine disc area and currently have a pinched nerve. So the pillow was not soft enough for me. Did not like that both rolls were big. I have a very short neck and neither roll fit. I could not use the pillow at all after trying a few nights. So now my husband is trying it.

I like the contour shape, but it wasn't soft like the old pillows I had. Since I suffer from fibromyalgia, softness is very important. I also like that it came in a queen size, although the depth wasn't as big as my old pillows. Maybe that's why my ears don't seem to fit comfortably. even though I wear very small earrings. I'm still not sure if I'm going to return these yet, I just wish my old brand were still available.

It sticks to my hair when I'm getting up and I have to pull my hair off the pillow. I feel no difference when going to sleep on it. For the money I paid it's not what I expected. Uh the cooling technology no my head got hot. Feel like the elevation is too low. It's not for me but I'm going to keep it because I don't want to keep returning items.

I ordered a king size and received queen. It is much smaller than my other king size pillows. A complete waste of my time and money.
