So I was having terrible neck pain with pillows, so I wanted one that would give me support without causing more pain somehow I got the three layer version… I tried it the first night and I hated it then I took out one layer and oh my God, life changing… first day without paying a long time… do yourself a favour and buy this pillow and adjusted to your liking

After about 2 weeks using this pillow, I am very pleased with it. It has just the right amount of firmness to support my neck well (for pain relief) without being too firm. I have to get used to turning on my side and finding the "sweet spot" along the length of the pillow, but when sleeping on my back, it's very comfortable right in the middle of the pillow.

I have been recommending this pillow to EVERYONE I know. I have tried with just the top layer on days I have a bad neck flare and with 2 on normal days and it's amazing!

It is decent quality but a zipper straight down the middle of the back side makes that side unusable. It was too tall for me but it is nice i was able to just remove one section and fixed that. It feels soft at first touch but it compresses and gets hard as you sleep on it, making it uncomfortable for me

I bought this item with DIMENSIONS - 27.6"*15.7"*4.7"/3.9" but you delivered item dimension 23.5" * 13.5"

Very disappointed. This was listed as a King-size bed pillow, which typically measures 36 inches long. The pillow that arrived is 23.6 inches long. This will not work on a king-size bed. I was interested in this item because of the firmness of the pillow as described by several users. It was never opened due to the incorrect size. If you are looking for a king-size pillow, look elsewhere.

That work for me. Too big. Also would like to return it. Should I just take him back to the store, there was no receipt in the box shipped
