This is one of the ingredients they give you before you get a colonoscopy. This stuff if you're constipated will clean you out in no time usually just like an hour or two at the most I generally only drink a half a bottle and it's good enough maybe once a month I take it. I don't take it that often, but it helps for when you're constipated. Does not make me drowsy at all and the taste is a little bit sharp. You can turn it down with some water or maybe drink it with some tea it's a little bit sharp that taste but once it goes down, you'll be cleaned out believe me if you're having problems going take this stuff but don't drink it all or you're totally clean yourself out.

The price is affordable which is a main reason this Magnesium Citrate has been my go to. I used to use it 6-8 years ago, and results vary. Sometimes results happen fast, other times it would happen right as I was heading out to work. Keep that in mind when taking it and allow yourself access to the bathroom. I was a bit stopped up and concerned, so ordered this for the first time in years recently. I only did half the bottle and happy I did it this way vs the whole bottle that I normally took. The results were more on the gentle side, but do not mistake that for not experiencing the bubble guts. The flavor is absolutely terrible. I won't pretend it doesn't taste gross and that I don't want to vomit it up while drinking it. I use a chaser of flavored water, or something with a strong taste to immediately drink afterwards. I drink it slowly in an attempt to keep it down. I wish you the best if you are considering this product. It does work, just plan on it taking longer than expected so you don't have an accident while out in public.

it tastes pretty good for what it is. sometimes I wonder if it is flavored untreated River water, two of these and you will make serious boom boom soon! I suggest having everything prepared ahead of time. you might want to let people know that you'll be off the grid for a bit. this stuff works!

Does what it claims to do in 30min or less. I use this for me and my geriatric cat. Easy to use, little bit goes long way. Just smelling the product can be effective enough. Great choice for small animals or kids with constapation, ( hard to poop) due to dehydration. Adults too. Don't over do it. Little bit goes long way.

Of course the taste is sour because of the citric acid, but this did what I needed it to do. (Don't over eat pumpkin seeds with the seed coat on, y'all).

This did not work for me at all. The taste? Horrible. I wasn't expecting fine wine, but there has to be a better way. I got major heartburn/reflux and no relief. Prune juice worked better and was much more palatable!
