Excellent source of protein field peas are easy to make all you have to do is separate them rinse them off in a soak and cook them a few hours until tender nicely seasoned them and some smoked meat of your choice serve them along with some rice and you have a excellent meal

It is wonderful that Great Value offers such a great variety of dried bean and pea products. They are very nutritious. The instructions on the package are easily understood and make preparation easy. I like to make a pound bag and use it throughout the week in salads, soups, to make dips, burgers, and as a main course. They are really versatile. They are shelf stable and they can even be planted in the garden.

I've always liked Black eyed peas that's the only kind of beans or peas I would eat when I was child now I still just love them to death when I eat them I feel so much better because you know they got a lot of vitamins and iron and all kind of good stuff it's not too much iron so you can eat them if you're you know passed a certain age or whatever man woman or child they're just really awesome and good for you okay I'm glad I could get them from Walmart cuz the price was just on time will order much more times again

These were easy to cook and tasted great. I had stopped buying these as I was displeased with the product available. This brand renewed my faith in them. I will be definitely be buying them again.

So happy to find these. I checked the grocery stores I usually frequent and couldn't find them. My brother told me where to find them and I bought four bags!

Was very surprised to find these on Walmart.com. Can't get them in the local stores. I love these peas better than the black eyed peas. Got several bags

Very similar to Crowder Peas but smaller!!! great taste. I have always got fresh and when these soak they are pretty close
