Panty staple good flavor and texture.
This product was with a pack of rice, neither of which I ordered. So . . . I tried it, not expecting much - thought they might be dry and not totally hydrate. I was very pleasantly surprised. I put in more than the suggested amount of water, then cooked them to the consistency I wanted. They totally hydrated and are flavored well, They are as good as my own refried beans. They saves a lot of water and cooking time! Versatile to use. So I ordered more.

Superior to canned refried beans
These are my go to for refried beans. I can't see myself buying canned over these dehydrated beans. Make sure you get your water measurements on point and don't add additional water, unless you like them soup-like.

These are my very favorite refried beans. They dont take long to make and the flavor and texture is amazing. Reminds me of restaurant refried beans. Also no unhealthy ingredients. Love them!

Love these!
Absolutely delicious and so easy to prepare! I often will make them with milk instead of water or add bit of heavy cream to the water. I also used a bit less liquid than the package calls for because we like them a little thicker.

SO easy to prepare and the closest to homemade I've ever had. 100% recommend and these beans are on another level compared to canned refried beans.

I never would have thought these would be so good. But, I can eat them plain with just a touch of salt. They are that good.

great for aa smaller serving too
Like almost everyone has said, these are super yummy. I just wanted to leave a note saying that for a small amount you can use about 1.5 oz of beans with 1/2 cup of water. As a single guy i don't usually need 3 cups of beans.
