Have purchased this vermicelli brand for decades. I do wish the store would stock this on the shelves so I didn't have to order it on WM.com for pickup. Highly recommend this brand.

Just the right size
Vermicelli is the perfect size of pasta . It's not too thick, not too thin - just right. Mueller's Vermicelli never disappoints.

A pasta between thin spag and Angel hair
Finally someone has made a pasta between angel hair and thin spaghetti. I don't like thick pasta for spag and even thin spag is too thick to me, while angel hair is too thin but vermicelli is perfectly between the 2 of them. The other reviewers cooking time is wrong, they must live at a high elevation. Most ppl cook pasta to the firmness they like, not by the directions. I cook mine a couple mins longer than directions coz I don't like firm pasta.
