Great for a cat with diabetes

Anonymous December 10, 2025

Have a cat with diabetes. These are very fine, so they cause less harm when testing. Micros are hard to find, especially at this price. I use them without the appliance, just poke a hole, and get the right amount to test, not too much as with larger lancets

Painless!

Sherry March 7, 2025

I'm not a diabetic but it runs all throughout my family. I've chosen to intermittently monitor my blood glucose and of course, lancets are a necessity. These are well priced and the needle is so small %26 thin, it can barely be felt. There have been times that I thought for sure, it didn't stick me well enough to draw blood, when actually I was wrong each time!

The only needle I like!

1Gypsygirl August 30, 2016

I think this is the smallest needle out there. I know for a fact that you hardly feel the stick when you use this size of lancet. Your finger is not sore and the hole seals back rather quickly. I really like this 33 gauge compared to the 26 gauge I had to purchase in store because my store was out of stock of the 33 gauge. 26 gauge made my fingers sore for days. The price is excellent and if you have to order on line like I did, you can expect it to arrive quickly as mine did.

More comfortable lancets

SouthernMagnolia November 8, 2024

These are thinner needles than the standard gauge glucose meter lancet needles. I much prefer these because it doesn't hurt as much and it makes it easier for me to stick my finger.

insulin needle hubs

Jon December 2, 2025

it doesn't matter the color;the size in diameter and length is what I take into consideration. And this hub is so much easier and less painful for me.

Does not fit True Metrix's lancing device

Anonymous April 13, 2026

Bought these because advertised to fit most/all lancing pen devices. It doesn't. I have the True Metrix meter because that's what my insurance covers. Meter came with lancing pen. These do not fit. Instead the True Metrix meter and lancing pens need True Metrix and True Plus supplies or it won't work. These are inexpensive, but pointless when they won't fit your lancing pen. Consult with your pharmacist or doctor before buying!
