First, I thought I was getting one lamp, not two. I added my own Double AA alkaline batteries and was amazed at the dimmable brightness of the lanterns.. Now all I need is a Double AA battery Hot Plate to heat a can of beans and I'll be ready for any hurricane.

at first I thought that what I bought was junk but I put the batteries in them and waited until night and I could not believe how much light the little light made,was worth the money.

This little lantern will illuminate a small room. The size is smaller than I expected. When they closed with the handles, they collapsed. They are about the size of a standard soup can. I'm surprised at how nice the build quality and how thoughtful the design is for the price.

These lanterns are very very bright light up the whole room so if you lose your electricity, you’ll be able to see. I also bought two for my daughter and son-in-law. They take their dogs out early morning before light and they use it instead of a flashlight.

I'm very pleased with the lanterns. They're small so they don't take up much room but they can still be adjusted from dim to very bright.

These little lights are fantastic. Used one extensively during Helene and then ordered two more ready for the next episode. Based on our recommendation one of our friends and our daughter have ordered several of these.

I ordered 2 sets of these Lanterns to use in my bathroom during a power outage. I would have given 5 stars but 1 out of 4 does not burn as bright as the other 3. 2 of them came broken at the bottom where you insert the batteries. However, they are not so broken that they can't be used. I cannot speak for battery life as I have just received them today. I really like the dimmer feature and the looks of these Lanterns. They are small but that is what I wanted. I am tied on my ratings since 2 are broken and one just isn't as bright as the other 3. I will try to come back and update on the life of the battery. I do think I will keep them.
