the package was damaged when arrived. Item survived, but box/container was bad. These batteries work well, but very difficult to remove for use. I try to purchase non child proof packaging, since they are next to impossible to extract for use.
The batteries are the best ever but the vacuum sealed packaging is too difficult to open. A person must use scissors to cut the battery out of the sealed bubble. Not practical for elderly or very young hands. I prefer the batteries come in the plastic box packaging.
They last longer than other cheaper brands of batteries, especially in hearing aids. We like the easy to install tabs that they come with.
Great service and reasonable delivery time.
I use these regularly with my hearing aides. Best and longest lasting. Also like packaging as it is small and compact.
Pulling down and ripping the corner of the cardboard gives access to the back cardboard, which is what holds the batteries in. The first card of batteries I accessed, the whole back pulled off easily, dropping all the batteries on the table. Thankfully, I had bought little bead containers and was able to secure each battery separately.
I purchased this specifically for the packaging because I'm 76 and tired of trying to get into hearing aid battery packages. I am familiar with most of the pkgs availlable and selected this one but that's NOT what I got, Instead I got one of the circular pkgs which are horrible to get into. I'm not responsible for the manufacturer's product security. I'm paying for MY use and convenience. I DIDN'T GET WHAT I PAID FOR. Thoroughly disgusted.
These were a decent price. I thought I could trust the brand. Apparently not! Of the first 8 batteries, two were useless (hearing aids would not turn on at all). The "fresh date" is three years ahead -- and 25% of the batteries are useless. I've used hearing aid batteries a year past their fresh date; this is the first time I've ever had bad batteries, when they are claimed 'fresh".
Swapped out needed plastic case for small cardboard container. Smaller tabs make it hard to replace battery. Swapped container.
If you're a senior citizen or disabled, this is the worst packaging ever. It's nearly impossible to open. Takes scissors and skill. Ridiculous. The old packaging worked great.
