This inexpensive adapter could save my life. I am staying in a guest house for the summer. When making the bed one morning, I founf the metal bed frame was crushing against the power cord for the bed lamp and could eventually cut through the cord putting 120 V on the bed frame and possibly starting a fire. This adapter acts as a spacer, completely protecting the cords from being crushed and doubles how many sockets are available.

I cannot tell you how awesome these things are! I have so many pieces of furniture that I really like pushed close to the wall and it never fails there is an outlet in the way, or something plugged in and I feel like I am going to bend the plug too much and cause damage. This triples your outlets and makes it so much easier to access without have to move your furniture as much. It also allows you to put your furniture directly against it and makes a nice bumper or stopper if you will. I also love this comes as a 2 pack, and I have them all over my house. I also use them in the kitchen and I like that they turn the plugs to a side view and not straight on.

This wall tap allows a plug to snug near the wall as opposed to protruding unsightly into the room. Additionally it provides 4 more grounded taps for electrical devices.
