You can 't always be sure that the person you are visiting will have many open outlets, can you? I use a lot of things that require charging, and it's a bummer if there's not enough outlets. To avoid stress I carry one of these in my to-go travel bag, it's not too big and provides a lot of options. I use them all over my house, and there's one in the car as well.

My home was built in 1954 and has, maybe, two outlets per room. This adapter and several electrical extension cords are needed to accommodate lamps, tv, stereo, etc in living/family room and bedrooms, as well as in kitchen for toaster oven, hand-held electrical appliances, slow-cooker, etc. Great item and reasonable price.

A lot of outlet extenders sold are not compatible with GFCI outlets because of the heat generation. Because this only takes up one outlet, it works very well because it does not cover up the set and reset buttons on a GFCI. the rotating design is absolutely masterful and lends itself to so many possibilities. the USB ports are just an additional plus, highly recommended!

Love not having a bunch of cords to step over/on. The fit against the wall is tight, I don't feel as if everything is going to fall off when I put furniture in front of it. Great price.

This is exactly what I needed to fit where I needed. I was able to turn the item to the side and allowed me to plug in the 4 different shapes of plugs that were needed to operate my TV setup. If needed there are more unused sockets.

LOVE that the plug in can be rotated! And outlets are available on both sides and the USB (3.0) AND the "C' outlets let me charge all my devices! LOVE LOVE LOVE - and it came early, packaged very well!!! ALSO, IT DOES NOT GET HOT WHEN MORE THAN ONE DEVICE IS ATTACHED!

I bought a small house with basically 2 outlets per room. I'm slowly adding in extenders everywhere. This one is for my garage, and it's perfect. I especially like the usb light since I get home after dark and it's like a little night light until the motion sensor light turns on. The plug fits in the socket with room for the outlet above it to be used, which has actually been hard to find for me. The only issue is that the inside outlets are facing down, which I get but acts kind of counterintuitively-- you would think they would all be facing away from the wall to allow for more space, but maybe if your plug goes both ways it doesn't matter.

You can only secure this extender by one of two screws, not both. This makes it a little bit less secure mounted in the wall socket. I wish that it was possible for both of the screws to be able to secure the extender to the wall socket.

rotated it the 90 degrees but it doesn't stay in place. Doesn't hold up to the weight of plugs in it either. Hard to plug things in underneath when it's rotated. Great concept tho. it would've been better, for me anyways, it it would've rotated 180 degrees
