These are absolutely perfect for me! This Italian one is my favorite, its just so delicious. The portion is perfect for a snack or if you're a light eater like me its a perfect light meal. You can eat them cold, room temp. , or even heat them up. I love room temp food so like I said, these are perfect. And the best part is they have protein and are healthy! Totally recommend if you like tuna.

I personally do not like tuna (sorry!), but both my grandsons love it. Especially this Italian style tuna salad. It's their favorite of the tuna salads by Better Goods. I have bought it from the store in multiples and also through shipping it in 6 cans quantity. Schools out and they love it for lunch. So I would recommend to people who love tuna.

If you're too tired to cook or you want to bring a snack that keeps you out of the fast food queue this is for you. If you can tolerate sardines in oil this is your thing. Perfect food, it has protein, fat, and carbs. With all the olive oil a solid squeeze of lemon really balances the flavor. I like to add banana peppers to mine. Add a dash of crushed red peppers if you dare. Enjoy guilt free.

I really love this tuna pasta bowl. My God, it is so good and packed with so much flavor. I love that it's packed with a lot of tuna, delicious oil and veggies. I just wish that it was bigger because it is small for almost 3 dollars but I really enjoy it even if it is a small bowl. I love that it comes with a spork. It's not enough to fill you if you're going to take it to work for lunch. I had mines with a piece of naan and a few sardines to fill me up. I got me two more bowls. These are worth purchasing, I didn't doubt it too much since it has really good rates and reviews. So I'm happy and I will continue buying them.

The Italian is good, the Mexican is good, the Mediterranean is good, the Moroccan is GREAT! All have different ingredients, different tastes with tuna as the base, but the Moroccan (similar to the Mediterranean) has less of an oily taste. I would recommend every one of this, but mainly the Moroccan.

I wanted to try this brand and I was skeptical because another flavor combination from this maker was not my jam. This flavor combination, along with the black olives, is very tasty and kinda fun to eat. I put them in the fridge because I prefer it to be cold. I rated this a 4 because it is a bit of a weird combination of flavors, but nonetheless, it works!!! Thanks for the cool container it goes in and is easy to eat it from.

Every single picture showed a closeup of the food, looking like a hearty little bowl of tuna with pasta and lite sauce. Sounds great. It's actually the size of a can of tuna. Maybe three bites and done. The search results kept comparing it to other instant noodle bowls I've seen and were much more filling. This should be classified as a lite snack. Portion control? I'm not on a diet. I just wanted real ingredients. It has that. Maybe use it to top a salad.

I bought this product to kinda treat myself however it was horrible nothing Italian about it made me very sad I didn't try but a little and didn't swallow it honestly would have to be starving and the last thingnon earth before I would eat .. my cat however loved it from the start lol ....... sad though I wanted to love this So bad 😞 the packaging was not damaged but the can it's self on the bottom looked like it had been through it

They are peppery and spicy hot, not what I expected. The description says, "Sweet figs and whipped goat and cream cheese on a buttery puff pastry." No where did it say it has chili pepper flakes. I expected sweet and figgy, I got hot spicy bites in a yucky crust.

I received three items one was completely open and I'm going to have to re-order this. I'm truly disappointed in the services that the delivery service services is picking up food and walking out the door without inspecting these or whoever's inside. The store is not inspecting these items, it clearly shows when I picked up all three items. One was completely light when I looked to slide it out. I see that Someone had already eaten this. This is unacceptable.
