I am not using this on a vehicle. I am using it on some rusty wire shelves for indoor use and some patio furniture. I am sure it will work perfectly on both. I have found it has great coverage and dries quickly, especially when outside on a nice, sunny day.

Hard primer works well, just top coat
It is what I used on my 1995 Chevy truck frame. Seems to stick great. Top coated with Rustoleum black. I rather have painted steel than that goo they sell as the best for rust. Every time you need to work near it, well, it rubs off and makes a mess.

Great rust converter/base code
This is a great product it covers well it converts the rust that you can't get off and prevents new rust also a great base coat for painting over

Works well and convenient to use.
Easy to use, covers nicely, and dries quickly. More convenient to use than the brush on rust converter which you have to leave dry overnight before applying paint over it. However, the price is a little higher than I would like. I have also found that after applying this product to steal some rusting would recourse if the item was left out in a single rain. I'm sure this would not be an issue after applying a top coat of normal paint. I think that a thicker coat of this paint alone may also resolve that issue.
