My lasagna always came out a bit soupy unless I use uncooked pasta. I don't have time to bake anything that long. Oven Ready Lasagna Pasta saves the day, and dinner!! They go into the lasagna right out of the box and cook perfectly in an hour! And I haven't had to serve my family "Lasagna soup" since I discovered these!
You can't get lasagna noodles any easier to bake. As long as you add a little extra sauce on top of them, you're good to go without having to cook the noodles first. They always turn out perfect - not too mushy. And the price is reasonable.
I have bought Oven Ready Lasagna Pasta at other stores and almost every time, half of the pasta is broken or cracked. Great Value was not only the cheapest but almost all of the pasta was in one piece and worked well for my homemade Lasagna. I highly recommend buying them for your Lasagna needs - they are a great steal of the deal.
Very good product from Walmart. Tip: When you make lasagna instead of putting your raw pasta in the dish, adding ground meat sauce and cheese, first precook your lasagna in water, do not salt it, remove it from the water halfway through cooking, Lay them flat on a kitchen towel to drain them and within 10 minutes after that, prepare your lasagna dish. Enjoy your meal
Perfectly yummy! I followed the recipe on the back of the package to make an absolutely delicious lasagna using ALL Great Value brand ingredients and I was not disappointed! This is my second time using Great Value Oven Ready Lasagna Pasta and both times it was a winner! Like I said, I used the recipe on the package except I cooked it for 65 minutes, tightly covered in foil. After the 65 minutes in the oven, I took it out, whilst keeping it tightly covered and allowed it to rest on the counter for about 45 minutes. This allows the noodles to completely cook, absorb the sauce and have everything comingle and set up. After the 45 minutes, the lasagna is still piping hot! It's perfect and ready to serve! I'll never use another brand. Making lasagna is no longer a difficult, messy project that I only do once a year. I plan to make lasagna at least once a month now! Love it!
I love to make lasagna and I love that having to boil noodles anymore lol wish I started using these sooner so much easier cooked up really well my opinion is just add a little more extra sauce when making it cuz the noodles definitely soak it up to cook the rest of the way in the oven but they come out great every time and so much easier to work with
Delicious and easy to use. Have a nice ripple that adds texture on the side. I’ve tried a brand with ripple all the way through and the texture was fantastic, that’s the only thing I’d change about these. Otherwise they make a quick yummy dinner with sauce and cheese baked
I like this lasagna a lot. It's super easy to work with since you don't have to boil it first you just put it in the pan with the sauce and cheese and stick it in the oven. Bam! Seriously, it tastes great, it's affordable and it's convenient to use so you can make lasagna any time, just like your mama used to make back in aught six.
A little gummier than regular lasagna noodles that you have to boil, but not a deal breaker for me. Saves time not having to cook the noodles, which is great! Size is smaller ounces than regular lasagna noodles and I end up not having enough to completely cover the top layer. Nobody ever minds or even notices because face it, it's all about the cheese when you make a lasagna 😋 😆 🤣 😂
This is a basic pasta product, which is all I needed since the flavor comes from the homemade sauce, quality cheese, etc. However, I was sooo disappointed that the contents were incomplete. A few of the pieces had cracks, which happens and can be worked around by putting the cracked pieces in the middle, but what couldn't be fixed was that one piece was only about a third of the size it should have been, and the rest of the piece was nowhere to be found! This means the piece was already broken when it was packed into the box and there was no quality control in place to exclude it, or at least include the rest of it.
