so far so good. I've been using it for only 2 weeks, but it seems to be functioning well. I do like the ease of operation of the control panel and remote control. It has a rubber plug at the rear of the ac which is very convenient for removing the excess water.

i have enjoyed it in this heat fest we had in the summer. It has been a welcome addition to my life. I hate the heat and keeping cool is a prime objective. you don't even need to set it to the maximum because your room will appear too cold. it is a very good air conditioner.

It's powerful enough for a small or regular sized bedroom, pairs well with mini ACs (only use the fan mode for evap cooler ones) without breaking a circuit, and isn't loud at all. A perfect small and powerful window AC that works as intended, uses R32 errant.

Biggest gripe, and it's my fault for not thinking about it, but there's no ECO mode. You can control the temp with a dial, but the fan is always running. It does make a lot of other random clanks and clacks. But it's doing the job In our triple digits this summer. So far.

would have been perfect except was the wrong voltage. would have had to rewire my home and that would have been a couple thousand to do being up to code.

The unit is heavy, but most are. It works ok for a 20x20 room. The area was never cold but comfortable. The unit was not expensive, so I cannot complain, it did good enough for the price.

Unboxing and set up was easy. However, right from the first time I turned it on, anytime the unit was actually cooling. There was a grinding noise. Anytime the thermostat kicked the unit out of cool mode it would go away.

0/10 I bought this AC May of 2025 and it stopped blowing cold air by August. Could not get in contact with anyone to help with the manufacture warranty. Just don't buy.

I've had this air conditioning for two months and it does not get cold at all. I really would like my money back or come pick this thing up. It's terrible.
