The fan is great, the ice packs are too small. Oh they fit in the fan fine,but the temperature has been so high that they thawed out too quickly. I wanted it to put in my car for my fur baby. I can't go anywhere with out her. And I wanted to be sure she didn't get to hot. This product didn't do any good. I'm sorry that because of that I wouldn't recommend it. It also is made of plastic and probably easy to break. It's quite,no loud noises..

I won the square I Arctic air and it was not a bad unit. They can't even afford to put a regular plug on this. We're using an iPhone cord really nothing on Walmart. This is on Arctic air. You can do better. I think it's a poor design and I'm gonna hold onto it hopefully it does OK but not what I was planning on. I guess the other one that was also made by Arctic air made me purchase another one of these Arctic air units and I'm not impressed with this one.

when I got the purchase home and open it up none of the parts were there it was missing the ice packs the charger and the powder to make the ice packs work so somebody opened it took out the parts and send it back and I truly feel that I was bamboozled because I ordered three and then when I got there they said one was not available tried to issue me something I did not want so I took the two one came with everything the other one did not

I purchased 4! Was late to arrive upon arriving all 4 were MISSING A lot from inside each. All 4 had no chargers 4 chargers all 4 were supposed to have 3 boost powder per 3 ice packs.. missing all 12! Missing 1 ice pack out of each so 4! Now having issues RETURNING and getting my money back! Please DONT BUY THESE! You will just be stressed running around to return them

WHAT IN THE WORLD WAS I THINKING 🤔 There were issues from the start. I purchased 4 of them. The first one I opened seem to have everything in the box and the 2 ice packs were placed inside of i the cooler the second one Seemed to have been opened and returned….the ice packs were not inside the cooler but on top of it. The power source was not in the box and the packaging with the instructions in it had been opened and the packets of the booster for freezing were not in it as it was in the first one

nothing catches the condensation when you put the ice in the compartment, so the water drips down and shorts our the motor inside. the fans are super weak too

This is no different than a van even with that powder it does not cool down. It's no air conditioner. It was a waste of money. I'd like my money back.

I would not recommend this product it doesn't even get cold the fan speed are very very low and even with the ice tracing it you can't even feel nothing only good thing about it probably is the light so I would not recommend it to anybody it's not worth it and I will be returning lines cuz it is just not worth it there's way better fans that are just fans that put out more air I'm so very disappointed and would not recommend this item to no one

It claims to last up to 4 hours of cool air but it doesn't. It lasted for 20 minutes and the ice in the inserts were already melted. It also leaks water and leaves a puddle underneath it. Thankfully I had it on a glass table and not my wood one. I ended up returning it.
