Arctic Air Freedom Neck Cooler, Evaporative Cooling with Ionic Purifier, 3 Speeds & USB Rechargeable Battery, Quiet & Perfect for Travel and Outdoor, White, AAFRDM-MC4

Ordered 2 of these to be delivered straight to our hotel during vacation at Walt Disney World. So clutch! Everyone in the park was wearing some sort of fan the first day and I was influenced! This worked perfectly and charged quickly. Ran for hours and hours perfectly! Get it!

I bought this fan this past summer while sitting at the ball fields in 90 degree temps for 3 hours at a time. I kept it plugged up to my USB-C car charger and it was always ready to go when I needed it. You wear it around your neck and the fan blows upward toward your head. It has 2 speeds, and is pretty quiet while running. The battery would usually last 3 hours on a full charge. Even though the air isn't actually cooled by the device, it still helped a lot to be able to make those very hot and humid ball games more tolerable.

bought 2 of these for a road trip in my car without ac. it blows air but it doesnt change the temperature of the air it blows. wish it could blow cold air but i guess a fan is better than nothing. im sure the product has use in other application it did not meet my needs at the time

This is the third time something been cancelled on me. This is the last time. If a store does not have the item , it should not be made available. I had ordered two of these neck coolers. One was cancelled and then one was substituted with an item which was a regular fan. This is not even close to being the same item. Now I have to go through the process of a return You have a very dissatisfied customer.

I purchased this online from my local store and did a curbside pickup. Got home, opened it and it's clearly been used. I pray it even works. Either way, I'm very unhappy. Who knows the sweaty neck it's been around. 😭

They substituted this unit for the one I actually ordered. It cost more and doesn't have a cooling plate on the neck, like my original order did. I'll be returning it. it's not even close. On the plus side, the delivery guy was very cool and friendly.

Broken, only one small portion has air the rest does not.

I had bought these to go to an FSU game and originally I had picked out these pocket fans but this was a substituted item and not a good one. Charged it all night and went to use it and it hardly blew any type of air. The pocket fans I bought I returned too because they were awful but not as bad as this item! They're also extremely uncomfortable to wear.

It says 4 setting on description but it is only 3 setting. I'll return this one and Walmart doesn't allow mail return ,so I have to drive to store.

This thing is terrible. After using it a few times at work it wasn't able to keep me cool and it only lasts from a max charge about 4 continuous hours if you have it on the lowest setting. That's only 4 hours max of my 12-hour shifts. A few people I've talked to recommended theirs from Amazon. Some even have misters on them to cool you off even faster. Save your money and go on Amazon and find a better one even if it's a little more money.
