The snake fan was fantastic to wear at an outdoor concert. It definitely helped keep everyone cooler. It is also a very useful to keep you cool when out motorcycling with an electric motorcycle, or scootering with electric scooters. As well as a nice way to keep cool while roller skating.

Ordered 2 of these to be delivered straight to our hotel during vacation at Walt Disney World. So clutch! Everyone in the park was wearing some sort of fan the first day and I was influenced! This worked perfectly and charged quickly. Ran for hours and hours perfectly! Get it!

The neck fan performed perfectly! Comfortable to wear, easy to use, easily charged with cord provided. I used it on a trip to Bermuda and it kept me cool walking in humid weather. I even let a woman having hot flashes try it and she was going to buy one!

I bought the item mostly for when my husband and I go to Chrysler Nationals in Carlisle in mid July when it's always hot and humid. I get migraines in this type of weather and this really helped keep me cool, but I also use an umbrella to keep the sun off my head. It really helped.

Many vents all around neck work well ! It is loud in ears as motor %26 air intake is on sides the metal squares shown in pic on level 3 high is only complaint. It does Work for sweaty hot neck I suffered a major spine injury that disrupt my nerves ability to self regulate temperature I overheat dangerously fast just doing basic light duties I home.

I purchased two in the store for 24.99 and then saw them on line at walmart for 14.99. i returned the first two and bought two saving 20.00. Check the online prices and order it. I really do like them! They have been keeping me comfortable during our heatwave.

Okay for the price point, but I found that it didn't offer me (personally) the cooling system I need with hot flashes. Works nice indoors, but didn't see significant difference when the temperature was above 85. I opted for another brand with cool plates on the neckline; reason for return.

The fans worked for the first couple of hours of our outing, which was not as long as we needed them to work in the heat. There are no indicators on the fan to let you know if they are fully charged when plugged or where their battery life is while using it. Not good. Also, it is very bulky around the neck and isn't flexible, but if it's for a child or you're thin it'll be OK. If you're thicker, you'll feel like it's a collar blowing air

I read many reviews and figured for the price, I'd give it a try, but this isn't even worth $2. It worked ok when I was inside my 70 degree air conditioned home, but if you're outside where it's 85 degrees, which is where it's really needed, it doesn't do much more than blow dry your hair. It would be nice if it was adjustable around your neck, so it didn't fit like a choker, that might help, but who knows. Don't waste your money if you want to use it if the temperature is above 70 degrees.

First, the item is NOT flexible as it claims. I tried to open it just a half-inch more, and the frame cracked! While the pictures show the device almost pointing straight at the ends (giving one more neck space), they are curved inward and can't be changed. So the fans can't reach the top of your head - all they could do was blow onto my ears. Lastly, Wal-Mart shows several different Arctic Air coolers in terms of price, yet they don't list any differences. So, I'm returning this less expensive unit (which is now broke) and will try the next higher model to see what the differences are (if any).
