Wow! I sure wished I would've got one of these sooner. The bar that is up against your neck is awesome. It starts cooling you off in seconds I rate this at 100…... I have tried two different Electric devices . Two different electrical coolers. I would recommend these to, for your home. Arctic ice y'all are awesome.!!! Very good air flow and the cold plate on the neck made it awesome. Working in a hot environment always made me sweaty and the first time I used this, it didn't happen. It held a charge for a few hours and I just charged on my break. Definitely a game changer!!

I like that this neck fan had a small cooling pad that stayed cold on the back of my neck. I tried 5 other brands and this one was the best. Although it did not provide Arctic cold air while outside in 100 degree heat. The cooling neck plate stayed cold and provided a cooling sensation around the neck. Due to the cold plate it has to be carefully pulled over/around the neck area. It is not as quiet as a few of the other brands but the fan speed allows for lower sound. Because of the cooling neck pad it's heavier than the other brands. But, that cooling pad on the back of my neck was a deal breaker!

if you have long hair it can get caught in the little fans. it not the best for comfort but will keep u semi cool but the fans surely need a little more power to them .

As someone who works outside, I was hoping this would help with the extreme heat we have been having in the south recently. With the fan on medium setting and the cooling plate- I get maybe an hour of run time even with a full charge. I find it does turn on my neck as I'm walking, so I do have to adjust it back multiple times. And with my hair up in a bun, the fan does catch the stray baby hairs at the base of my neck.

I would not recommend. I was on the grill during a hot summer day and I don't even think it lasted 2 hours. If you're not gonna be outside long it might be good for you. It was pretty simple to use. But most people needs more then just 2 hours of power

I thought my wife would love this fan because she works near hot ovens in a restaurant. She was excited to wear it after trying the cooling plate. Sadly 15 minutes after clocking in at work she leaned across a counter for an ingredient and the fan fell off and broke (a fall of about 2 feet). What a cheap piece of junk!! If it were more durable then I'd rate it much higher but unless you're perfectly still and upright while wearing it it's worthless.

Package arrived and box was battered and lots of scotch tape. Made sure that it was charged. All seemed fine for about five minutes and it began to burn the back of my neck. Very hot to the touch. Product very loud. Very dissatisfied with this. Beware

The first day I got it from the store I got it home and put it on the charger I get ready to use it and it only stayed on for like 9-10 mins I was upset I thought it wasn't charging I got home from work put it back on the charger I found out this one must be a defected because it only works for 9-10mins I didn't bother to return it I just been telling ppl not to waste their money on the neck fan

The only thing is is when you're in a cold environment it blast cold air, but as soon as you go out in like the garage or out in the heat, it adapt to blowing that air through the device and we expected it to stay as cool as it was when we were inside
