I feel hot at the worst times and needed a discreet, portable fan, that I can fit easily in my purse and is ready whenever I need to cool down. The fan moves a lot of air and the cooling plate gets ice cold that I use on my wrist or neck for an instant refresh. Can't wait to use it this summer at the beach and on walks.. Highly recommend this!!

This portable fan works great to instantly cool down and beat the heat. It's easy to charge and it lasts a long time before having to recharge. It has a cooling touch plate that you can place anywhere you want to cool down quick. The fan has 4 speeds to choose from and a lanyard for convenience. It's a must have for travel or working in the yard.

First off it's USB rechargeable no batteries needed which is a big plus. secondly it is dual action cooling it has four speeds a turbo fan and a ice touch plate that actually is very cold. I live in Florida and this is coming in very handy on these hot muggy days. It definitely cools down my skin. We have some outdoor concerts coming up and I look forward to using it there.

Surprisingly, it works well. It’s neither big nor heavy, which makes it very portable. Charging takes about four hours, but with a claimed 12‑hour runtime on the lowest setting, that’s a solid tradeoff. It is pricey, which is why I’m giving it four stars for value. There’s definitely a noticeable cooling/chilling effect (hence the “Arctic Air” name), and it does what it says.

This little fan is awesome. It feels like a tiny air conditioner. So easy to put together and operate. Cannot wait for warmer weather so I can sit outside and read my book and feel cool as a cucumber. It is rechargeable too. And it is lightweight and quiet!

This cooling fan actually surprised me! We live in Florida (hot and humid for most of the year) and will often skip outdoor activities, especially in the summer, due to the brutally hot weather. We've tried other cooling options (ie. Cooling clothing that you wet before going out, etc.)but most of them rely on evaporative cooling which is not effective in humid climates. This fan had no issues with the humidity and effectively kept blowing cold air and keeping us cool and comfortable. It's important to fully charge this before using for the first time and once turned on, it takes a few minutes to reach maximum cooling power, but will consistently blow cold air after. We've brought this with us on beach days, fishing, and even just to the park on particularly hot days. Definitely a must-have for hot summer days!

I’m really happy with the Arctic Air Cool Touch Fan! I love that there are 4 different speeds and you can actually tell the difference between them. In addition to that the high speed is a really good speed and very refreshing. The cool touch plate is an added bonus I never knew I wanted with a fan. Definitely worth buying!

The Artic Air Cool Touch Fan works well. Very powerful blowing fan that can be increased and decreased in speed/power. Adjustable fan head. The only con is that it's a little large and won't fit in my purse. Too heavy to wear the fan around my neck with the provided lanyard.

As someone who routinely travels between work locations and spends a good bit of time working outside in the sun with animals or gardening, I often get overheated easily. Having this portable fan with multiple speed options and the cooling plate feature to use on my pressure points is an easy and quick way to get relief so I can get on with my day. The only drawback is that I wish this was more able to fold down to a compact size like other portable fans so I can pack it for travel.
