Finally, A Quality Product That I Can Take!
I have been looking for a calcium supplement that I could actually take, as most have turmeric and/or magnesium stearate, two things that have unpleasant side effects. I really like the soft gels, as I always feel they are more "natural" in the oils then baked to a hard pellet. The size might bother someone, but it is typical of a gel tab, and I take other supplements this size. Another option is just cut a tiny bit of the end off, and squeeze into some food or your mouth, though not sure about taste. The brand gets good reviews, and it appears to deserve them.

Great product
Great product! This has the highest amount of calcium and vitamin D I could find OTC. The capsules are large, but they are soft gel capsules which makes them easier to swallow.

Who says that supplements don't work?
I require a lot of calcium daily and have been using this supplement for years and, 5000 IU's D3 is a great bonus. AND, my calcium blood levels are perfect.
