rated low because I'm sure it works fine but Walmart says this fits a 5.3 l vortec Chevrolet engine and it far from does. I believe you would be looking for a pf46, but I would check ACDelco's website first. In fact, I would check any filter manufacturer's website first and confirm the correct part number before ordering anything from Walmart.
