[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product on a weekly basis right now since I'm trying to recover from a bad sprain. I have 3 other products by other companies, but this one works the best. At first glance it looks thin, lightweight, like it might not be good support honestly. I am here to tell you different. This brace is more supportive than either the lace up one I have or the neoprene. I would suggest it to anyone who has a sprain and is trying to recover back into normal life. I support it 150%!
Great ankle support. Great price . Glad I purchased them.
Helps my ankles from hurting
I have always trusted in Ace bandages. I have bought other brands but they do not do the job or give me the support as an Ace bandage has done. Many doctors and hospitals advise using a support bandage after you are released. I have been using your product since 1965, especially when my wrist were sore from bowling. I broke my anke back in 1994 and was put into a walking cast and after my ankle had healed, I continued to use an ankle wrap for many years after. I trust in your wraps for being dependable and am buying another one today for my ankle. Thank you for making these items.
I've endured an ankle-area joint injury and subsequent arthritis for years. When I am more active the area swells, and the ACE ElastoPreene Ankle Support is perfect to give me support, and allows me to walk with less discomfort. I wish it came in beige since I use it all year, and would like to use it in summer months so would blend in better with my attire.
Great brace!!! My ankle was hurt in a car wreck in 2004. It still swells up and is very weak no matter what I do and this brace helps stabilizes while driving and doing other things around the house. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
The brace is good quality and works well with stabilizing my ankle during baseball related activities. I had a ligament injury during pre-season baseball 2 years ago and now I have recurrent tendonitis. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
my daughter started complaining that her ankle was hurting her every day in gym class and she asked me to write her a note to sit out. At first, knowing my unathletic daughter, I blew it off, but after a day or two of her continuing to complain, I went out to the local drug store and picked up an ACE ankle brace. Afterall, she seemed fine while she was at home...not limping or favoring it in any way. So...I made the very inexpensive purchase. It was quite well made too, I knew it would last as long as I needed it to. The size fittings were pretty much dead on, so it was easy to choose which one to get as well. So, home I went, to explain to her that I wanted her to wear it whenever at school, so that if they had gym or recess, it would help eliminate the pain. And... of course, if it still bothered her I would bring her to the doctor. Can I tell you?? After two days of HAVING to wear this thing... her ankle was ALL BETTER!!! Now, I'm not saying Ace works miracles... but... it sure did the trick in this house! Thanks Ace! Now my daughter can participate in gym class EVERY DAY! ;)
My podiatrist recommended this brace to complete the healing of my foot tendonitis. I purchased the size M (I weigh #113), however find it very tight on my lower leg. I can only tolerate wearing it for short periods of time. It's actually causing my calf to swell! Am going to purchase a size L to see if it is more comfortable.
Too small.
